Very nice family-run hotel with a very cozy restaurant. Whether for breakfast or dinner, the service and the kitchen team are top! ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Please keep it up and thank you very much.

Nice view if you have a room at the back. Clean and easy parking behind the hotel. Careful and extensive breakfast.Room:- High price for the minimum available: coffee maker in the room.- Asked twice for milk, they were supposed to bring it to the room, but never got it.- Day 2 costs the same as day 1, but no new pods for the coffee maker (if it comes to a maximum of 4 pods, get rid of the machine).- No sugar, no bottle of water.- You can regulate the heating, but it barely gets a lukewarm temperature. so not fun in the bathroom.- Through their home automation they ensure minimal use of temperature for financial savings for the hotel, but comfort for the customer is apparently not important.At the reception of a family hotel you never get a spontaneous good morning / good day and we were there for 3 days. With the exception of the daughter at the reception who was very friendly.

Pleasant employees, but when the boss sits at reception...I waited a while before rating it - when you're angry, you tend to overstep the mark... I didn't want that.On the recommendation of my son, who lives nearby, I was in this house for the second time within a few weeks about 2 weeks ago - the first time for work (everything was fine), the second time (on the way back from Italy) with my husband . It was also the last time - fortunately there are excellent alternatives towards Munich.It's a shame, because - to start on a positive note - the rooms are up to date, the location and view are nice and the staff are sweethearts - we received excellent service during breakfast on the terrace. They accepted that during breakfast time (on Sunday morning!!!) next door (probably the owners' private property) was being cleaned using a compressor - you don't have to talk non-stop...)So far so good. However, the reception the evening before was completely wrong. For work reasons, I travel quite often in Germany and other European countries and am often a hotel guest, but this was a very special experience for me. The lady at the reception (obviously the senior manager) accused me of lying when I greeted her: I said that I would have liked to book not via the portal (booking), but rather directly (which is more lucrative for the hotels), but the “Mittermaier” was not available at the time of my call, which she declared as “not possible”. . – And then she told me that at my age (61+) I could also book the senior rate... I had a long journey behind me and was undoubtedly several layers of make-up behind in comparison, but that I was greeted by a service provider It is assumed that I have not yet reached an age - simply cheeky, well...Conclusion: Actually a good house, great employees, but fortunately there are alternatives. I really hope that employees are treated differently than guests who arrive late! I would have liked to give a differentiated rating (5 stars for the hotel, 10 for the staff, 0 for the unsuccessful reception - but unfortunately that's not possible).

We were warmly welcomed. The staff is really very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The menu is well chosen, varied, very good. The rooms are very clean.S-Bahn connection directly opposite, but not to be heard.We felt very comfortable over the weekend.Thank you for the lovely time.

Feeling good is the order of the day here. The whole ambience is fantastic and high quality, the staff is super nice…We didn't spend the night... we don't live far away either, but based on the value of the whole house I think it's a great place to stay overnight.The food is terrific! Everything regional…It can cost a few euros more than in the standard economy... after all, you don't get a standard one here either 🤩And I still stand by it: My absolute favorite burger is here!!Everyone I took along from our friends and family loved it...

We can't rate the rooms, we were there to eat. It was a great end to the hike - very good cuisine, service & a nice terrace.

My nephew celebrated his wedding there.The rooms are nice and everything was clean.There are plenty of parking spaces at the back of the yard.Staff very nice.Service and food was great.Breakfast buffet very good.The coffee could have a little more punch, but that's a matter of personal taste 😂No music was heard at all in his room during the party, which lasted late into the night.We can absolutely recommend the hotel including menus and breakfast 👍👍👍👍👍

Good central location with direct S-Bahn connection.Modern, clean hotel/room.The staff is very friendly, helpful. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. There are delicious cakes in the afternoon and good regional cuisine in the evening. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.
