We visited the restaurant. In the surrounding area, many locales were not open in our search. So we came here by chance and luck.Very friendly and welcoming welcome. Attractive local, great ambience, loving seasonal decoration (autumn). The service was ready, protective and friendly. All in all, everything made a decent impression and my three points of criticism, which I will address in a moment, seem clumsy and don't fit into the rest of the picture. We found a varied but manageable menu, which suggests variations as a weekly menu. In order to combine costs and planning in Covid, gas crisis and times like that with sometimes more and sometimes less crowds of guests and still great service and top food, it's completely legitimate and I'm sure here you can get something off the menu if you wish, which is within the realm of possibility. In any case, the chef showed me a skill with his dishes that was beyond what was expected. With schnitzel, a baked potato menu and a slightly higher snack price range, i.e. the “simpler gastro cuisine” was my expectation in this area. The plate set, the lovingly separate serving of ketchup and mayo as well as the separates and (as an offer, fries can be brought in) also attractively brought in a special communal bowl were above the simple gastronomy but clearly seemed to be of a higher standard.Cutlery on a cutlery plate, extra spoons for mayo and kerchup and serving items (thanks to two children, one or two more) everything was much more than snacks. But the cooking skills evident at Cordon Bleu with fries and burgers with fries were clearly much more than snack food. The cordon bleu was extremely tasty and homemade, the combination of meat, ham and cheese was ideally balanced. In my pictures you will classify cheese crusts and the like as part of the classic snack bar. Visually, I corrected this first impression because it was evident from the "keeping warm or process of serving at the same time" that the taste was worlds above and even if you look closely, visually it was just a small misstep in the snack bar industry. To explain, 5 stars and no deduction for everything I criticize because it was so many worlds better than gastro-like snack bars, but given the price and menu you can somehow have that in mind and the criticism would still be in the 5 star snack area. If I had had restaurant-level plates 18 euros upwards, my expectations would still be 4/5 stars. So in the context and the very conspiratorial criticism, I can easily ignore everything that happened and attribute it as the smallest misstep to the Covid situation etc. and excuse it like that, only the "address it to enable small improvements" will. A more than satisfied guest writes here. The fries: too irregularly seasoned, I think you can see in the picture. Unfortunately, we didn't get out of the fries where they would actually be if the spices were distributed more evenly thanks to their taste and great consistency. The salad on the burger: you conjure up such an incredibly tasty burger and put it so attractively on the plate with plenty of toppings and in your actually crisp, fresh salad this quality slip. It's a little better to check the salad and leave it out because it wasn't sparsely topped, which means that even a little less salad topping won't be criticized.Decorative plant with two yellowish leaves. Clean, nicely decorated shop. Neat and "homely, feel-good atmosphere" and one plant has two leaves that somewhat cloud the green with their yellow spots, better control here as with the salad and you are as top as you are in terms of skill and service.Price/performance is simply great and therefore VERY highly recommended.Thank you.
