Very bad, stay away! Accessibility is absolutely zero, the room has already been paid for, comes to the hotel on a working day afternoon and finds the door locked, no one is at home, especially since the hotelier is out shopping. Had to wait here in the sun for two and a half hours, hands off! Toilet is only suitable for really slim people with a total slant, otherwise you definitely won't fit in there! Not every room has a primitive table, not enough light in the room, internet is a disaster, sometimes it works and sometimes not at a snail's pace, of course. Sometimes the Internet disappears on its own without any ifs and buts, until you have the Internet again, it's up in the air.

An absolute mess of hair on the towel rail, mold in the shower really disgusting. In addition, the host is so unfriendly and definitely not recommended!!!!

The booking was made and confirmed via booking. The employee was very rude to me on the phone and I didn't even get a chance to speak. Apparently I couldn't have booked a room because he blocked everyone. Then the gentleman simply hung up.It's a disgrace to be treated like that on the phone

The Lichtenberger Hof also delivers food to your home within SZ-Lebenstedt. I tried it 5 times. One week from Monday to Friday. After I had the last meal on Friday I wanted to stop eating for about 3-4 weeks. I requested the invoice via email. Instead, the "deliverer" came on Sunday with a receipt pad and unfortunately I didn't notice until too late that instead of 5x2 meals he was charging = 6x2 meals. That was 20 euros too much! I wrote to the innkeeper, but he refused to refund me the 20.00 euros and brazenly listed today's Sunday when I only received the written receipt. That was it for the Lichtenberger Hof!! By the way, a one-man business?? Not recommendable!!

On a Saturday lunchtime there was no one to be found in the (open) restaurant, not even when called loudly... only the dog was lying peacefully in front of the office door. ...no one answered the phone either. We would have liked to eat there... but the fact that there weren't even guests there makes us doubt the next time...

The room temperature felt like it was 35 degrees if you spent a night there in the summer… Shower but no hairdryer? Check in only from 6 p.m.? 😅

Bathroom is super small, shower unclean, when you get out you have to duck your head and put your feet up, it's just too narrow because of the beams under the ceiling and the tub is still old, so it's a step.Sink right next to the shower wall so no need to walk past the side or through the door, service has never been there in four days...

Considering the price for overnight stay, absolutely ok. It wouldn't be my choice for a vacation. No catering in the hotel but possible in the immediate area. Nice hotelier.

The cleanliness of the entire hotel needs to be improved greatly. It starts at the reception and unfortunately extends through the entire hotel...The ventilation in the bathroom was so clogged that it hadn't been cleaned for a long time, even though it was very visible.The curtains don't darken. This means that if the hotel is actually booked, then it will be very bright in the room early.
