Very large rooms with balconies and spacious bathrooms. Everything in the typical Black Forest style. The guest house is about 20 m away from the inn. The breakfast offers everything your heart desires. Scrambled eggs or bacon eggs are freshly prepared upon request.The Schwendemann family is very nice and accommodating, requests are implemented immediately wherever possible.Absolutely recommended.

The main house is getting old. The operators are trying hard. The guest house is well furnished. Unfortunately, the rooms in the lower area are damp and musty.

My wife and I stayed three times for a long weekend in the guesthouse with comfortable rooms. The operators were very friendly and accommodating. We had half board. The breakfast buffet was very good, with plenty of choice. The dinner with starter, main course and dessert was also great, you could choose alternatives for the main course. The senior manager with her dry humor and Black Forest dialect created a very pleasant atmosphere. There is a lot to do in the area. We'd love to come back.E. and M. Jocham

Pure black forest. Very quiet and beautiful place in the Black Forest. The Krummholz Stub is in a very quiet location. You can recover very well in a short timeTime. We stayed from April 19, 2024 toApril 22, 2024 there. They were very nice days despite the rainy weather. The accommodation was very nice and clean. The bathroom was great. Breakfast in the morningwas very rich and very good. TheWe enjoyed dinner from 5:30 p.mmouthed. The boss and the boss wereAlways excellent hosts. We were guests there with four people.Thanks again for the awesomeCatering and hospitality.

Typical rustic Black Forest accommodation. I stayed in the basement of the guest house. Functional rooms in a beautiful location. I particularly liked the terrace and the meadow behind it.In the evening we had a good, delicious meal in a group in the associated restaurant. The service was very friendly and always had a dry joke.A room folder with a few tips about the accommodation/surrounding area and information about the availability of drinks would be good.

Black Forest guesthouse in the well-known rustic style.The guest house is only 50 meters walk (1 minute) from the guesthouse and the dining room.Free parking spaces are directly in front of the guest house.Luggage can be delivered directly.It is located on a quiet side street with a view of the sports field and the slopes.Bright and friendly large rooms.Everything very clean and tidy.The dining room in type. Black Forest Stuben Style.Breakfast is also possible outside.The breakfast was very good.Rolls and bread selection.3x jams [1x homemade]Sausage and cheese plate with plenty of choice.Yoghurt and quark with small muesli and fruit selection.3x different juices - scrambled eggs can be delivered fresh to the table upon request.Thermos pot of tea or coffee on the table.Mother and son are very friendly.Little wishes for improvement.WiFi would be great - unfortunately no soap or shower gel in the room - actually standard today.Johann Sebastian Bach or classical music on Sunday mornings is not everyone's favorite music.I can understand cash payment.I would also give up the card payment fee as a dealer! :-) plus the work.Changing your booking from a double to a single room is no problem.65.00I would recommend it.

Rooms okay, for vegetarians there are only fries… or two fried eggs with a slice of dry bread. The kitchen is extremely inflexible. NO WLAN! Payment can only be made in cash; an advance transfer of the invoice amount is not possible. We were there with 15 people for 4 days. Food, drink, everything without a bill. A rogue who thinks evil.

We spent 4 nights here with our extended family.The rooms with balconies were perfect, and the breakfast was also wonderful.Price/performance ratio was absolutely good and we all felt very comfortable.Unfortunately, both rooms and food and drinks can only be paid in cash. There is no WiFi and unfortunately there was no selection for vegetarians on the evening menu.But otherwise everything is wonderful!

My husband and I had booked from Thursday to Monday with the Schwendemann family and are very excited about how great everything was: very large room, large balcony with a beautiful view, and the food was very good, starting with breakfast and the dinner was so tasty and very nicely prepared on the plates. You felt comfortable and welcome with the Schwendemann family. We can only recommend it
