We were there 4 times this year for one night and had 3 different pitches+ Lots of space for maneuvering, playing, etc. around the plots+ Staff very friendly+ I can recommend the restaurant on the square+ All pitches have private sanitary facilities, most of them newly renovated- Pitches uneven, compensating wedges necessary in some cases- 25 meters of power cable did not reach the socket at pitch B7- Reception was closed on the fourth visit, even though we had made a reservation by phone the day before (we then found out that reception is always closed on Wednesdays)- (Individual) sanitary facilities not heated! This is not good in spring and autumn! This is not mentioned either on the homepage or when making the reservation.- Seen from the entrance, the camping guests are at the front and the long-term campers are at the back. And they drive in and out all day long: noise- you can hear the highwayJust for your information: The name Lippesee campsite suggests that the site is on the lake. The lake can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Since it is privately owned, you have to pay an entrance fee to visit the pool.

Very nice campsite. Nice and quiet at the Lippesee. You can cycle beautiful routes there in beautiful surroundings. The campsite managers are friendly and helpful.

The place is very clean no matter which corner you come to. I highly recommend it

We celebrated our wedding at this campsite and we were positively impressed. Had perfect space for 3 caravans. We got two of the sanitary facilities and they were more than perfect 👌🏼 super clean and modern. Our guests from the tiny houses were also very enthusiastic and felt comfortable.Thank you for allowing us to celebrate our big day with you.And also a huge thank you for the food in the Thune-Aue, it was great. Everyone enjoyed it and the service was more than top 👍🏼 you did a great job and we would do it exactly the same way again.

Super great campsite. Were there for the second time now, with friends, children and dogs. With a camper on the pitch and a rented tiny house. Both great. Surrounding area with beautiful playgrounds, meadow and water for the dogs to run around. Bread service and very, very nice staff. We will come back.

great site, your own toilet and bathroom which is prob why it seems expensive restraurant on site and a great beach bar just outside walking five mins to the top of the site. only chemical point is one of those pay for and no one knows how …

So I can't share the negative reviews from other campers and I can't really understand them either. We have been campers for more than 20 years and mostly travel with caravans, this time as a short trip to Lippesee. We are so happy, everything was great. Yes, the motorway runs past the campsite about 500m away, but in our parking space I couldn't even barely hear the slightest noise despite all the peace and quiet.The space is huge and most of the areas are rented out to long-term campers, some of them use the plots as homes. Accordingly, it looks and feels clean, tidy and civilized. From reception to departure, super nice people, we were guided, everything was explained and instructed.The first time for us that we had a parking space with our own washhouse, our own toilet, our own shower and washroom. Enjoyed everything very much. The parking spaces are all huge, there is plenty of space and you can also park your car on them. For easy access you get a barrier card and a key for your own washhouse. The deposit of €30 is refunded without any problems upon departure.On the large central meadow you will find fire pits that are even equipped with logs, so nothing stands in the way of spending the evening chatting with other campers over a drink. Mega.We were there for a short trip from Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning and didn't feel like cooking, so we went to the Camping Restaurant Thune-Aue. Here too we were pleasantly surprised, it is actually a restaurant... So with a counter, service, a real kitchen with a chef and kitchen help, service at the table with indoor and outdoor seating. This is far from a snack bar, everything was freshly prepared and garnished with love.The prices are still suitable for a campsite, there's nothing to say. My wife and I ate well, it was plentiful and tasty. Plus drinks and side dishes, everything fresh (nothing from the deep fryer) and in the end a total of €31.90. Anyone who complains... Well, there are always complainers.The area is ideal for hiking and cycling, for the young/sporty crowd or families with children, there are plenty of options. Soccer field for playing football, basketball field, beach volleyball, grass field with net for badminton, boccia courts, jumps for skateboards and bikes, natural hilly slope for cross bikes and...and...and...There are plenty of shops within a 3km radius, from REWE, Netto, Takko, ice cream parlors or kebab and pizza.Tip: If you cycle the 8km loop around Lake Lippe like we did, then you'll pocket a few euros. There is a stall with soft ice cream, a restaurant with a seat right on the lake for a cool drink, etc.Our conclusion: Great location and we were definitely not there for the last time, thank you for the great days.

A very nice campsite with very large pitches and its own sanitary building. The way to the beach is not that far. The reception was super nice. Unfortunately, I deduct a point because you have to reserve in advance in the restaurants otherwise you won't get anything!!!! Too bad everything else was great.
