We have here on August 24th. celebrated our wedding and were thrilled. The planning and implementation of our wishes went smoothly and everything was implemented as we imagined. A huge thank you to Ms. Degenhardt and Ms. Stelina, who accompanied us on this journey and ensured perfect communication. The service was great and our guests also raved about it. The rooms were clean and modernly furnished. The menu was personalized and the food was delicious.Of course, big praise goes to the entire team who served us that evening. We felt very comfortable and the smooth process made our day unforgettable. Thank you very much!

My wife and I were invited as guests to a birthday party in their cozy restaurant. The food was really good, the selection at the buffet was varied and everything was fresh and tasted to the point.The service was friendly and courteous, but could have been a little more confident in more stressful situations. The atmosphere was pleasant and cozy, perfect for a small celebration. Overall a great experience, we would love to come back!

Family hotel on the outskirts of Chemnitz. Located away from the hustle and bustle in a middle-class residential area, in the middle of a partly park-like hilly landscape. Cozy atmosphere, lots of opportunities to sit outside when the weather is good. Friendly staff.

We celebrated our wedding at the Hotel Alte Mühle in June 2024. An absolutely right decision, we were completely thrilled. We felt like we were in good hands right from the planning phase; all of our wishes were implemented. The table decoration was prepared professionally, menu cards were personalized and a wonderful buffet was conjured up. The delicious food and the strikingly friendly service of the waitresses were also particularly appreciated and praised by our guests. It was nice that we had room for everyone to sit outside when the weather was great. The park directly opposite the hotel is ideal for taking great photos and going for a walk. There were enough parking spaces for all guests. The price-performance ratio was absolutely appropriate. Definitely a recommendation for a nice celebration in the house. A big thank you 🥰

A wonderful service from the first contact with Michele Stelina to answering many questions and implementing the event - everything worked very well. A very good and professional team for both birthday and wedding events as well as funeral dinners. The food was very tasty and of very good quality.We will be with our concerns on April 2nd. came to you based on a recommendation and have not regretted it. The Hotel Alte Mühle was visited in conjunction with an 8-day course (no hotel stay). The catering and equipment of the rooms were optimal. Very good coffee, sandwiches, fruit, cake in the morning and afternoon. A variety of tasty dishes for lunch. Staff extremely friendly.

Very nicely modernized rustic hotel. Delicious food and enough too. The seminar room was ok and could have been set up a little better. Starts with the screen for the projector, which is far too small for lectures. But all in all very pleasant place. There are kebabs around the corner and other shopping opportunities.

About the restaurant: Price-performance ratio fits. The food is tasty and the quantity is okay. The "mill pan" I chose was at the right temperature, the 3 types of meat and sausage were good, and the fried potatoes weren't too greasy, but tasty and well seasoned.We recommend the “Brooklyn Brewery Lager”, which reminds me of good ale due to its darker color and especially its fruity taste.The service was quick and friendly. Everything was satisfactory all around.

Nice, quiet hotel in the middle of a residential area. We got a room on the 3rd floor, but on the side WITHOUT an elevator. That doesn't work at all! The room was furnished with the bare essentials, with a lot of sloping ceilings. Unfortunately, WiFi didn't reach into the room. The beds were box spring beds, some of which were already past their prime, my husband was constantly almost rolling out ;-)We had to look for the breakfast room ourselves the next morning, but we did it quickly. It was very small; since the hotel was full, there wasn't enough space for all the guests and the others were moved to the vaulted cellar. The breakfast buffet itself was arranged in a very small space and it was difficult to get past each other with several people. The selection of sausage and cheese was rather limited. There were various salads and vegetables. As already mentioned, the hotel was full, so the service was a bit overwhelmed. We had to wait a long time for the coffee. We didn't visit the restaurant, but the menu selection definitely deserved it...
