Very romantic atmosphere and nice service

In my opinion the prices were a bit too high, but the service and the food were good

On Men's Day we had a nice beer.

Bat Castle White. Sounds interesting to visit. But once there it was just the beautiful sight of the building. This is really a very good photo opportunity. It's nothing more for a passing guest. Actually, more would be possible here than the offers on the Internet – weddings, parties, family celebrations or some events. For example, offering something for visitors to the region or locals on weekends would be worth a try. Better than taking a photo in front of a locked lock and continuing to walk or drive. Even the name “Bat Castle” somehow makes you curious.

Very good ambience, which needs to be looked after better, especially in the outside area...We got married there in the summer and the beds in front of the house were unclean...a lot of it was dried out or leftovers from the previous year...The bridal suite was clean as long as you didn't go on the balcony ...There were still a lot of leaves from the winter and the green plants weren't cared for...The floor was dirty...Otherwise the inside of the house is well maintained...The owner is very special...we had the... Arrangements were made beforehand that she simply forgot on the day of the wedding...Although these were written down in duplicate...The coffee was more water than coffee and dealing with our guests was anything but easy...Rudeness and lack of respect It wasn't easy for the celebrants to move around freely....since the in-house DJ wasn't needed as an acquaintance was doing the DJ, it was to his detriment...Discussions about the space and the volume of the music had to be clarified by the DJ ... Even discussions about the need for a power connection in order to operate the previously agreed bouncy castle were not long in coming... The timing, which was also discussed beforehand, should be constantly brought forward in order to enable her to finish work quickly. When asked that everything had been negotiated in advance, she simply ignored...the breakfast was also an absolute disgrace, from sour milk to watery coffee to non-existent fruit or cereal, everything was there...The whole location was handed over swept clean and then Thanks, we should take the garbage bag with us... Oh and a word about the celebration... Our guests were forbidden from decorating the bridal suite because the owner would have to clean it up afterwards... Hello, what a cheek that is, it counts as one of theirs Tasks... Conclusion of the whole thing is that the location is beautiful but the house in particular seems very unclean and the owner ruins pretty much every party with her behavior... I will definitely look for another place for future celebrations... and I can only advise against celebrating there

NEVER AGAIN! Our wedding was registered 11 months in advance, arrangements were only made at our request and as of today the owner no longer knew about many of the arrangements. Although these were recorded in writing. We set our table ourselves, but only under constant observation. When we asked for scissors, we only received a defective one with an unfriendly saying. She skilfully ignored time agreements about the process and always questioned whether it had to be that way...We celebrated with a relatively small number of people (30 people), no fun was allowed, no possibility of decorating the wedding room (she would have to clean everything up afterwards), sparklers were very unwanted because she had an allergy to them... (we just haven't figured it out yet against what exactly?!).Since we didn't use their in-house DJ, it prevented our DJ from doing professional work.The rooms themselves were fine, there was just no soap in the rooms, cold water in the shower was also included, but what do we use to dry off... Oh yes, if I want my own towels, the owner charges €5 per person... in the hotel you already require something like that.But the breakfast was really amazing. For €8 per person you should be able to get a decent meal...There were 2 types of sausage and 2 types of cheese, which should be enough if you don't have any demands, hard-boiled cold eggs, 2 types of rolls (one light and one dark), spread only the cheapest of the cheap, 2 types of jam and some kind of nougat cream.The cocoa was the best part, I thought it was soy milk at first, but no, the milk was sour. It can happen sometimes, but it's a way of telling us that she would have tried it first. So overall you can see that it was a very nutritious breakfast. NO fruit, NO cereal, NO bread...Last but not least, we were well behaved and left the rooms swept clean, but she actually came after us and said we had forgotten something -> the bag of rubbish, we should have taken it with us too...If someone still wants to stay there, watch your keys... otherwise they'll charge 3,000 euros 😂

We celebrated our parents' silver wedding anniversary there. Really a beautiful location, especially in summer when you can sit outside and the wisteria falls from the balcony and the walls and garden become a little paradise. Food was good. The house owners also appointed an external bartender who was extremely friendly. BUT the owner (who also waits) was noticeably unfriendly to the guests (grumpy, unwilling to fulfill the guests' wishes, for example for lighting, etc.). There is little or no space indoors for the program (no stage or similar. Maximum in the anteroom/corridor, which is also used by the hotel guests). Another problem was the bill, which was thrown into the house afterwards. Everything is paid for by card (bottle of water 0.5l - €3.40), which you can live with. However, service fees are also charged at high levels that are difficult to understand. And suddenly the additional waitress had to be paid extra!Conclusion: beautiful location for up to 40 guests, but very difficult organizer with whom it would be better to clarify all prices beforehand. Cost for 40 people from 3 p.m. to 11.45 p.m. with a good buffet is over €2500

Really bad...

We were able to celebrate a wonderful wedding with you on August 1st, 2015.Everything was perfect all around. :-) We received first-class care, advice and support during the preparation period and nothing was left to be desired before, during and after the festival. They took great care of us and our guests. We were able to enjoy great service and first-class food. The staff was very nice even at 3 a.m. and brought us a little something to eat in the garden, which is not a given.We are completely happy and satisfied and would come back at any time. :-) Our guests were also very satisfied and all rave about their castle.We therefore give it full marks. :-)
