Comfort Camping Lake Senftenberg

Very expensive, we drove further

I like this campsite and the proximity to the lake. But also the bike tour (18km) around Lake Senftenberg. An oasis for rest and relaxation.The bread roll service at the campsite is great. If you can do without entertainment and/or are camping with your dog, this is the place for you.

Very well organized campsite, sanitary building always super clean, at any time of the day or night, great location to the lake and the cycle paths, the surrounding area invites you to go on beautiful trips.

It's a nice and very clean campsite... But it has nothing to do with camping in the actual sense. Too many long-term campers and people who arrive with tents simply don't fit into the picture anymore. Too bad...

The location is very good and relatively quiet. You can go on endless bike rides or hikes in the Lake District. The renaturation of the area is very nice, although certainly very costly. That's why you can now help finance what Wattenfall and its predecessors have destroyed here with the tourist tax of two euros per person per day. The parking spaces are relatively spacious. What's not to like is that there is no semblance of at least some semblance of separation through bushes, trees, hedges and therefore zero privacy; no matter where, in front of, behind, next to the car, you always sit on a full display. A bush or hedge from place to place would relax the whole area a little. If you talk outside the car, it can be clearly understood by everyone in the group. The parking spaces are very used and sometimes very dusty because the grass is gone. What's nice is that every pitch has its own socket and a tap with a drain at the pitch. There are a few parking spaces in the area around the reception and the washrooms that really meet expectations; you would definitely have to book these two years in advance if you knew your way around. The reception is friendly. Unfortunately there was no longer a kiosk or mini market on the square. Alternatively, rolls were only available to order but in the morning at a so-called food track. There were a few drinks and sometimes a piece of cake or a few sausages, but you had to wait for the rolls because the capacity of the small oven was completely overwhelmed. One can only hope that the mini market opens again very quickly and also meets the requirements of a comfortable campsite with its offerings. The hint that there is a Kaufland nearby may be helpful at the moment, but not in the sense of a comfort campsite, which we don't see as such here at the moment. The location of the place and the word comfort makes you expect a lot more and was the reason for booking here. Ultimately, the price is not really cheap, as in the high season for two people with a WOMO it costs 47 euros, which is very tight, but in the low season it costs 34 euros, but it is still reasonable if you take electricity into account, which costs 4 euros / day is calculated (that's at least 8KW per day according to the current price average for electrical energy, which you only use when you heat electrically, we consume despite fairy lights and everything else, heating is with gas, up to a maximum of 1.5 KW per day , that would hardly be a euro!At night there is a bit of a lack of light along the side of the path on some paths. The WiFi is there, ok, better than nothing, but slow. We didn't use it because of the speed.It was still very pleasant here.We can recommend the place, it doesn't always have to be perfect!

Very nice woman at the reception. Nice location. You can choose between different places. Sanitary facilities top. Not a nice beach for dogs. 1km from the campsite there is a fenced-in meadow for dogs to run free. Nevertheless, I think the price for one night with a motorhome and dog is much too expensive

Good place, with everything you need. Water, electricity, cable, large bathing beach about 200 meters to the right of the lake. The toilets and cubicles in the shower room in the new sanitary wing about in the middle of the square are particularly great. The bike paths around the lake are fabulous.

The sanitary facilities are very clean. The surrounding area invites you to take long walks and bike rides. There are lots of places to visit. The staff is always very nice and fulfills all wishes that are in their power. The pitches are very generous in size.

Nice campsite, was quite full but still very quiet, nicest sanitary facilities during our road trip.
