I went without high expectations, but I had a better time than I expected. The surrounding view was beautiful, and it was nice to be able to climb a nearby hill and view the mountains and village scenery. It can be difficult if you don't have a car because the slope is steep. Still, it was worth walking. Reservations are only possible for 7 nights or more.

Since I work in guest rentals myself (self-catering huts, holiday apartments and chalets. I also clean), I can give this review with a clear conscience. The apartment was very outdated. Furniture at least 40 years old and very worn. Basic equipment not complete or defective. The garden and playground are overgrown, unkempt and there are nettles everywhere. Not child friendly. If you get the idea of wanting to grill in the really beautifully laid out barbecue hut, you first have to tidy up and clean. Unfortunately it's far from the farm as there are only 2 sweet ducks and 2 ponies. Picture on the homepage is a deception. I find customs very beautiful and worth maintaining. But it would have been nice if the landlord had made us aware of the salt mine's Pentecost customs. In the middle of the night between 3 and 4 a.m., gunners fired behind the house for at least 15 minutes. Was very loud and didn't even know what was going on. To this day I can't find anything about it on the internet. WiFi access data was available, but unfortunately it never worked. To charge 94 euros for a stay of 7 nights for this apartment is a complete impudence, as you can still make your own bed upon arrival. Unfortunately, I really missed the hard-saved vacation in Berchtesgaden.

80s coziness! Very quaint and relaxed. Great location and great playground. And yes, the equipment is from the 80s, but it's great - the kids had a lot of fun. Two ponies that can be rented independently for walking/riding. Cows and large meadow around it. And yes, the apartments are not modern, but that corresponds exactly to the website and is simply cozy and rustic. If you don't like old Bavarian farm style with wood and expect a club program, you simply shouldn't book here.

So the playground is totally broken and rusty. The barbecue area is a small grill that you would have to clean first and get old coal out.... Activities for children would have been feeding chickens and driving a tractor, nothing else... There is no bread roll service or other service. So the pictures from the homepage are at least 20 years old.... We first walked past and drove past because we thought it definitely wasn't. .... Environment super great. People are very very nice but the homepage definitely needs to be revised because it is a false pretense. Unfortunately.
