Absolutely recommended.The initial telephone contact was very friendly and accommodating.The reception was also very good.The room was very clean and also finely furnished. The bathroom was also super clean.The breakfast was also excellent.This hotel is therefore absolutely recommended.

The staff is very nice. Breakfast was a large buffet with lots of choice.Unfortunately the room was not clean.There were fingernails on the sink. There was a lot of dust and hair from other guests on the shelf in the bathroom. This shows that it hasn't been dusted there for a long time. The remote control hadn't been cleaned in a long time either. There was some hair in the bed. I also communicated this feedback to the staff upon departure.It's a shame, because the room itself is really nicely decorated and the bathroom is also large and spacious. Great location as you can quickly reach many attractions.The price is still too expensive for that.

What should be highlighted is the friendly, attentive staff. The hotel is beautifully furnished, with a sauna and bathrobes in the rooms. There is even an umbrella and a small backpack available to borrow in the room. The breakfast buffet was very rich with lots of fresh regional dishes. When we came back from the city in the evening and couldn't find a parking space, the lady at reception drove her vehicle away and gave us the parking space, great.

Not far from the center (just under 20 minutes on foot). Friendly welcome, everything was very clean and quite modern but comfortably furnished. Rich breakfast buffet with a large selection.

We enjoyed our short stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was very friendly. Free parking is available and a 5 min drive to Berchtesgaden town centre. I would stay here again.

We were cycling and ended up in this hotel. We had to drive through the pouring rain all day and when we arrived there, frozen, the lady at reception immediately offered us the sauna. What a service. The breakfast was great, even for my son, it was no problem at all to get gluten-free rolls. It was two very nice days there. Thank you again for the lovely stay

The hotel has been renovated. The bathroom is very new and large. There is a hot water kettle in the room for cooking instant noodles. There is also a variety of beers and wines sold at the counter on the first floor. The breakfast is very rich and varied. Super bonus points. The service staff at the counter and breakfast They are very friendly and very close to King's Lake, Eagle's Nest and Shio Mine. Parking is convenient and free. Overall, I am very satisfied with this accommodation.

Nestled in the foot of Obersalzberg mountain and just only couple mile away from the city center of Berchtesgaden. Had a magnificent views of mountains and delicious food at city center. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and were greeted very friendly. However, based on the description, we expected the room to be larger. Under room with seating, we also imagined an armchair, as shown in the hotel photos. Our seating was a small cube that was squeezed between the bed and the wall. Kettle with 2 cups was in the closet. However, we know that at least tea bags or instant coffee are included. The room wasn't 100% clean either. There were some long, black hairs on the floor. The reception and the surrounding areas are very nicely decorated. The breakfast left nothing to be desired and vegetarians also had a great selection of cheese. However, it might be difficult for vegans, unfortunately there were no alternatives other than vegetables and fruit.Anyone looking for a room to stay overnight is in good hands here; we couldn't imagine a longer vacation due to the size of the room. It was very hot in the room and there is no air conditioning or fan. There are also no fly screens on the windows. We couldn't ventilate because there were a lot of wasps.

I came here with my Mum on a road trip, we were only staying at some decent older hotels and when we saw this place in person we were so delighted at the services and the rooms. The hotel was modern and well kept! Marking this place to come again

In my opinion, a dubious hotel. Booked a room through a travel agency over 6 months ago. Upon arrival, the room was not available, despite the reservation being confirmed. In my opinion, as is usually the case with airlines, people are overbooking. Unbelievable when you consider that you traveled >600km. I was then offered an emergency room with a bed accessible via a vertical ladder. Access to the bed in the corner is on all fours. Lying in bed, the distance between your head and the ceiling is approx. 30-35cm. If I don't take the room, I'll have to look for another hotel - and that's during the peak travel season. It was only thanks to my travel agency and their emergency management that we were able to find a better hotel on Sunday, thank God. So I won't be seeing this hotel again. The answer will probably be a nice response from the managing director - but there are no excuses for this behavior!
