Ate here and to be honest it wasn't very nice.The service was extremely slow and the food was below average. The prices are ok, the beer is cheap.I won't pay the red heart any more visits

Relatively long waiting time, even for the drinks.Special requests for pizza are catered for. It's okay in terms of taste and price.The Limoncello Crema is highly recommended. Delicious aperitif

I worked there as a pizza chef, excellent quality ingredients, I would say the Top, the cleanliness and order of everything, and extraordinary...Gino and Kinga, super people...honest and well-liked, then for family reasons I had to go back to Italy, with tears in my eyes..♥️

We were here as fitters who needed accommodation near Fürth.Which is always a problem at the time of the Nuremberg trade fair. It took a bit of driving, but no problem at all on the B8.The inn makes a very solid, typically Franconian impression.Very good Italian cuisine awaited us!The rooms are simply equipped with everything you need for a night's sleep.TV and private bathroom.Everything clean and tidy.We'd love to come back.

We stopped there for lunch after completing our pilgrimage to the scary mountain and were not disappointed. Gino provided us with really delicious food (grilled squid and fried char) on the terrace in the best weather. A successful end to our visit to a historical site.

A little old, but the food tastes very good. I ate a Pizza Diavolo and my Gumbl Spaghetti. People are nice as long as you don't reveal the real reason for your stay.

I hope no one is put off by the bad reviews that say that Gino threatened violence, that he spit on pizzas or that he and his employees insulted people. These are all comments to deliberately harm this store or deliberately harm Gino. The man has been through enough and it is clear that as a stranger who comes to this restaurant, one is initially viewed with some suspicion. The man made a lot of loss through fake pizza orders. In addition, you can find videos on YT of how he was harassed with calls from Altschauerberg visitors. This person doesn't deserve to be bullied like that. Whatever problems you have with the Dragon Lord, you are welcome to have them, but please leave this person alone. He is terrorized until he is at the end of his nerves and then you are surprised that he becomes unfriendly. It doesn't stop, I think it's only been 3 months since the last comment trying to badmouth the restaurant. You are LVL0er IQlers, nothing more.

We celebrated the glorious end of our pilgrimage at the Rotes Herz inn. There we were welcomed by the one and only Gino. I had a pizza but would only give it a 2/10 because it was a frozen pizza that was warmed up in the microwave. With the ungodly hot oil we put on it, but then a 7/10. For dessert there was a panna cotta, which was described as “fresh”. It was so fresh that it wasn't actually ready yet and simply melted away without the time it was supposed to spend in the fridge (see picture). But I was still completely touched by the holy place we had just been in (a barn in Altschauerberg), which is why the food was still acceptable.Towards the end, a young man came into the Red Heart with two friends and dismissed us as Haider after just a quick glance. The gentleman, who apparently knew the waiters/owners well, then ordered a habanero chili, grown by the Red Heart. He then forced us to eat them, threatening to degrade us as “Luschen-Haider” if we didn’t comply. After tasting the exorbitantly hot chili and watching our lives go by, the man explained to us that he just wanted to make sure we got the full dragon menu and the full experience. We paid (ATTENTION: ONLY CASH ACCEPTED) and drove back happy and fulfilled, enjoying the beautiful Franconia, with a last look at the Rewe Zwingel and the adjacent baker Beck.

Had dinner at Gino's again after months. Had starter, pizza, pasta dish and Ferrara salad. Everything tasted very good to us, as always. We will come back more often now and also use the terrace when the weather is nice. The tables in the dining room were beautifully set and everything was very clean. Service very friendly and quick. The restaurant was well attended.We would love to come back.
