Great spacious apartments with living room and bedroom with good facilities. The refrigerator is filled with various drinks from water to juice to beer and sparkling wine. The bathroom was apparently renovated relatively recently and is modern. The balcony is gigantic and stretches from the living room to the bedroom. The breakfast buffet has everything you need. Egg specialties are freshly prepared to order. The location is on the mountain, so it's a bit strenuous if you arrive by train - but you can take the bus for half of the route. With the guest card, which is provided by the accommodation, the bus can be used free of charge - this is how traffic transition works.

Very, very nice apartment that is very high quality and tastefully furnished. With a great view of the Watzmann and the Jenner. Everything, from sights to shopping, can be reached within a 5 to 10 minute radius by car. Coffee, sugar, salt and pepper are included...you bring the rest yourself or just go for breakfast or dinner. The only drawback for us was the couch, it was too small for us to cuddle up comfortably and drink a glass of wine... but otherwise we would happily go back and have already recommended it to others.

It is a very nicely located house with very nice staff. The steam shower in the room invites you to relax, as does the whirlpool tub! Afterwards you can enjoy the view on the balcony. The staff is extremely friendly and always makes you feel at home. Thank you for the weekend!

A hotel where you can almost feel at home. Very nice people run the hotel, the rooms are very nice and modern, there is even a small kitchen. The view is breathtaking.

All in all, we spent a lovely 14 days in the house. Rooms comfortable and clean and especially modern bathroom. Very nice view from the large balcony. Breakfast ok.Unfortunately there is little outside area to linger, but there are nice balconies. Hosts are very friendly and love animals.

The rooms are a dream, the hostess catered to your every wish. I can recommend this house with a clear conscience.

- The room is very large, with windows on two walls and an oversized L-shaped balcony. The view is very good. You can sit on the balcony and see the Alps and the Eagle's Nest on the top of the mountain.- Very clean. I just went downstairs for breakfast in the morning and came back to find that the room had been tidied up.- The shower room and bathtub are very clean and comfortable- The German-style breakfast was originally a self-service. Due to the epidemic, in order to reduce contact, the landlord helped to get it. Coffee and hard-boiled eggs were also freshly made by the landlord.- There is free parking space

If I would only review the accommodation I would give 5 stars. The room was excellent. Very clean, spacious and really comfortable with gorgeous views. No complained there.Unfortunately I can't say the same about the owners which made us rate so low as they spoiled the whole trip. Email service was a nightmare. It took ages to gets confirmations or questions answered. They knew the time we arrived, but when we did, nobody answered the door, phone or email. Another couple turned up as well and they had the same thing happening to them, that nobody answered their email so they tried to get in touch going there directly. They gave up after 15 minutes waiting, unfortunately we couldn't do that as we were booked in. We thought maybe OK they are shopping or had to go out quickly, but no that wasn't the case. After about 40 minutes in the cold and trying to call again someone came to the door. They were in all this time and let us wait in the cold. An older gentlemen showed us around without wearing the mandatory mask or at least a visor during covid times. We never got ask for our vaccination passes either. So they obviously didn't take the situation very serious, well only when they choose not to, breakfast was a different story. He showed us our room and was friendly explaining about the accommodation. As I said before the room was stunning.Breakfast was the main problem. Having traveled to a lot of Hotels during covid times this was the worse breakfast experience. We felt like we were in the cantine where we had to ask for every little bit of food that was behind a big plastic wall. No other hotel was doing this and why go through those measures when you can't show us around you're property with a mask on? The two don't go together? Either you're being careful or you don't. When we got our food and the women served other customers she came and ask if we would like an omlette. By then we were finished with our breakfast and didn't want anything else. So the next day we thought we ask for the omelettes first, but we're rudely told that she would come to the table later. Again by the time she did come to ask, we didn't feel like omelettes anymore. In the evenings we ask if there were any restaurants as there was no info in the room about the area. Again we got a very unhelpful answer that the restaurants don't all fit in an information folder. That was it, but no answer to my question. I know because of covid you don't have a folder in a room with information about the area, but at least give us some choices when ask or if you don't know just say so. No need to be rude about it. On check out, again no mask was worn by the women. Apart from her moaning about another couple turning up an our early in my present, she was actually quite friendly towards me that day, but too little too late.Would love to stay again as the room was so gorgeous, but we wouldn't because the owners were unhelpful, rude and couldn't decide if they wanted to disregard the covid rules or to be over protective. Breakfast we just wanted to feel comfortable and not like a school canteen.
