I was there 2 nights. The room was simple, but everything was very clean, including the shared bathroom. I was lucky that there were almost no other guests there.The location is excellent, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. Instead of having breakfast there, I chose the nearby bakery. Communication on the phone was very uncomplicated!I would stay there again at any time!

Spent one night there during my pilgrimage. Staff was very nice, the showers were clean, the room was mediocre. A sensible slatted frame would have been nice.

If you are looking for an inexpensive overnight stay, you are well advised here, as the house is often fully booked and it is a bit difficult to get a room, booking early helps, breakfast in the house is not always possible, but there is a walk of about 200 meters a good baker. The house is in the middle of the busy city

The accommodation is simple but good. It was nice that you could check in automatically using a code and so you weren't tied to times. I also liked the hostel itself and the location and price are unbeatable anyway. However, you should know that the rooms only have the bare necessities and you share the bathroom. Unfortunately, the WiFi on the 2nd floor wasn't that good. Hardly anything arrived there, which could be improved with another router. Otherwise, a great accommodation with a great location and very good value for money.

Simple, winding accommodation with minimal food and no significant choice, currently? No WiFi, but great location with short distances to the center, common room with a few games, showers e.g. Partly on the corridor, few parking spaces, not cheap for the conditions, but overall good value

The hostel is in an old house in the center of Görlitz, which is very great. I booked a four-person room for myself through booking.com. The price was cheap at EUR 30. The room is spartan, but it was clean and had everything you needed. The house is not well insulated and the heating is low, but the heater was able to bring the room to a sufficient temperature. The showers were perfectly functional and clean. There is also a kitchen in the house that you can use freely, as well as a beautiful reflection room with an organ. Communication wasn't ideal, a question asked via Booking wasn't answered, but I got the code and key in an easy way. I can highly recommend this hostel.

Hostel in the historic part of Goerlitz, in the very center. Entering the code was a bit of a hassle for me, but I managed. Unfortunately, I didn't have my key, even though it was already check-in time, no service, no one to ask. Eventually we managed to check in;) The room is in the attic, the entrance is a bit steep, but the room is warm (winter) and has a private bathroom. The bedding and towels are clean, you can make your own bed;) The walls are a bit thin. Next to the room there is a kitchen with equipment. You can cook something, heat it up, make coffee or tea. Attractive price, overall I recommend :)

The room we had was clean and perfectly fine. The sanitary facilities were also great.The only drawback is that we couldn't get into the hostel with the code that was sent to us and nobody could be reached by phone. So we happened to come into the accommodation when other guests were just coming out.
