Was a guest at the Kulturhotel again like every year. And as always, I really enjoyed it. Rooms very good, service top and breakfast excellent. The direct proximity to the park is great. I can only recommend the hotel and I'm already looking forward to next year......

A really successful short trip where I wanted to take photos of Muskau Castle. I've never been closer to a photo spot, and I've rarely had such a quiet hotel! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, a good and completely sufficient breakfast. and an even better dinner, which isn't cheap, but worth the price!I wanted to enjoy the sauna, unfortunately I didn't have the time, but I took a look in and it was very nice, you should go there even on cooler days! The park is right next to it, 200m on foot and pure relaxation. Here you don't hear anything about the town or the street. This is my favorite place to stay during the day, there are nice shady spots. You can take a quiet and relaxing short trip here, which I can only recommend! The only thing you can't do is darken the windows, so if that bothers you (not me) you should take a sleeping mask with you, but I think on vacation you go to bed with the sun (or later) and get up with it, then that's it a lot of the very good breakfast! ;-)greetings Tom

The stay had to be canceled due to a serious viral infection confirmed by the doctor on site. The hotel still charged 90% of the full price for the nights not used. The fact that the departure prevented infections among guests and staff was not taken into account. The argument only referred to the general terms and conditions, according to which 90% cancellation fees apply from 10 days before the start of the trip. Services not used, such as breakfast, were not deducted and there was no human accommodation from the hotel. An indictment!

We booked a suite (room 314) in the hotel for 3 days. After tropical temperatures of up to 35° prevailed in Europe for several days, the very spacious suite under the roof was extremely hot due to the lack of air conditioning and even the rather small fan was unable to provide much cooling. The bathroom and toilet are separate and also very spacious. The bathtub is equipped with a shower screen, but you won't find an upper attachment for the shower. In a spa hotel you also expect people with more or less physical disabilities, so a grab bar on the bathtub is indispensable - this is also conspicuous by its absence. The couch is more of a torture bench where your back quickly hurts while watching TV. Moving onto the bed doesn't make sense because the already very small television is only about a meter above the floor, so you can only see your feet. This is unacceptable for a suite, why wasn't the TV mounted higher on the wall? You can see the roof of the mud bath from all the windows, and if you make an effort you can see the tower of the new castle from a diagonal window. The website states that there is sufficient parking space. On two days we arrived quite late and everything was full. In addition, only a few places are paved, the majority are gravel places with some musty puddles. When you check in, you will be asked whether you want to have breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. or from 9 a.m. You also have to decide on a time slot for dinner, despite having a reservation. This is more reminiscent of the old days of a GDR-FdGB vacation where something like that was the norm. If you want to dine at the hotel in the evening, you must also bring a well-filled wallet with you. The quality of the food in no way correlates with the prices, the friendly staff cannot make up the difference. The breakfast buffet is very clear with two small cheese and sausage plates, so the plates are usually pretty clear. You have to make do with what is offered; orders in the kitchen are not accepted. The sauna area is spacious with two saunas and numerous loungers. Bathrobes, slippers and towels are available in a bag in the room. However, the towels are far too small as sauna towels; you cannot use them for lying on the sauna boards. What is worrying is that no staff or even hotel guests were present in the extensive area or checked during my half-hour stay. Occasionally, older sauna visitors in particular suffer a circulatory collapse; they would wait in vain for help, which is rather unacceptable for a spa hotel.Overall, the picture is very mixed with only a limited recommendation for the hotel.

Today I would like to rate the Kulturhotel Fürst Pückler Park in 02953 Bad Muskau, Schloßstr 8. I have been to this 4 star hotel with my school friend, who was dependent on a wheelchair, a total of 6 times since 2011You can tell from the number of stays that we really enjoyed our stay in this disabled-accessible hotel. Why? Some rooms in the house were barrier-free, you could say suites, almost twice as large as the other single rooms. We were given a parking space at the back entrance of the hotel with a short walk to the elevator. A table was reserved for us at breakfast and the employees fulfilled our every wish just after making eye contact.Of course, the Fürst Pückler Park played another, not insignificant role in our frequent visits to the small but beautiful spa town. Located one third on the German side and two thirds in Poland above the Neisse, it offers ideal conditions for wheelchair users. We could also cope with not being able to get to the top floor of the castle.

We really liked the park room, the morning sun and the view of the leafy trees in front ensured that it never got too hot in the room despite the high outside temperatures; There is no air conditioning and it is not …

2 to 3 stars, in case of doubt for the defendant 😉The charm of the hotel is reminiscent of an upscale nursing home for the elderly or a rehabilitation clinic for older privately insured people.

We spent 7 nights with half board in the hotel. The dinner consisted of 4 courses in buffet form and, based on Prince Pückler's table books, was an extraordinary culinary experience for us. The service was great in all areas and the location right next to the park left nothing to be desired. We will come back.
