The hotel is located right on the market square.Guests can use the gym free of charge. There is a wellness area upstairs with a sauna and medicinal bath.The pizzeria is in the house and can be accessed directly from the hotel. The food there is recommended, large selection of dishes. And it tastes good. The complex also has a bowling alley, a café and an indoor playground for children.The breakfast room is in the basement. Everything was designed very lovingly. Large selection and nice staff.

We stayed here for a long weekend and we are more than satisfied. The location is perfect for hikes. The breakfast and the restaurant are quite okay. The wellness offer rounds the whole thing off. Jacuzzi and massages were pleasant.

Certainly satisfaction for us, both the staff, the nice smiling lady at the reception explained everything and gave advice, as well as the staff in the restaurant. Polite, dear... Even the jokes on arrival - great for me.... During our stay there were celebrations and even then there was no extra noise, so the plugs offered in the room for sleeping were not needed (I don't understand the negative comments here because noise, except for a couple of misfits who sometimes shouted for which the hotel is not responsible, it was quite quiet). We had an apartment with a balcony, a large living room and a bedroom, there was a TV in the living room and bedroom. Unfortunately, there is only one drawer in the entire bedroom by the bedside table on one side. Comfortable bed, nicely equipped... For me, only two small mistakes that we didn't even solve on the spot (an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the balcony and an unanchored bathtub that was quite wobbly and when we filled it halfway with water, it sank by approx. 2-3 cm so it revealed a gap near the wall and the silicone remained torn off on the wall 2-3 cm above the bathtub) but as I say, nothing extra serious. Breakfasts richly prepared, dinners that took place in the restaurant - nice portions and great preparation, the dishes were just seasoned so that it was not necessary to add anything. The gentleman who supervised the breakfast immediately after finishing the meal removed the used dishes and offered clean, great care and an offer that I was a little embarrassed that I had a new clean plate for every side dish 😅. The procedures went without any problems and we were overall satisfied. Bowling at the hotel. The advantage is that you can take your dog with you. Minibar small fridge in the room contains 3 different drinks and one beer in two cans each, two small waters and two small wines and one potato chip. Only paid parking at the hotel seems unnecessary to me, because the hotel's parking lot is small and there are 3 parking lots in the vicinity which, although not fenced, are a few tens of meters away.

We recently had the opportunity to spend a few days at this hotel and would like to share our impressions. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful wellness area. We were very pleased with the pleasant and helpful lady who gave us excellent massages. Her professional approach and helpfulness greatly contributed to our overall experience.The staff throughout the hotel, from the restaurant to the reception, were very helpful and always willing to help. The restaurant had a wide variety of food to suit our different tastes and preferences.The only small drawback was the room, which could have been cleaner. However, overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back.We recommend the hotel to everyone looking for relaxation and a friendly environment.

Anyone who wants to sleep in peace here has ended up in the wrong hotel after 5 a.m. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are OK but very, very warm.You should be careful if you book wellness that you get what you paid for.Food was great.I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights, procedures were included in the price. The hotel boasts 4 stars, let's sum it up:Parking: approx. 5-6 spaces, ok for usWe called whether it was possible to store bikes (expensive bikes) here, the answer was that of course. But the reality was a dirty garage where there were things to paint, broken boards and workers had access to it.Rooms: a plus for earplugs (noisy square) and an equipped fridge, a minus for dirt in the fridge and shower, see photosFood: rich breakfast, nice service, BUT the waiter cleans the crumbs around the pastry case by blowing them out with his mouth, disgusting.The dinner is tasty, the food is always fast, the kitchen has a big plus! The minus is the clothes of the part-time workers. She's walking around here in a "4" star hotel with cut-off leggings and an underbust t-shirt with no bra that says "ugh guys" - That was a good joke. I would imagine well-dressed waitresses here - skirts or trousers and T-shirt/blouse/shirt. - the annoyed arrogant receptionist also wore the same outfit. In the middle of the stay, the shift changed and there was already a decently dressed smiling young lady (brown hair, glasses).The procedures were great, both ladies (Ukrainian and Czech) nice, pleasant, once again many thanks to both of them for the relaxation. Too bad about the noisy overhead bowling. Quite unhappily thought out.Summary: The hotel has completely unnecessary flaws that rob it of its fourth star. Unfinished products, clothing of temporary workers, dirt - I think these are things that are very easy to change.We give 3 stars, the hotel is fine but has its unnecessary big BUT.

There were supposed to be flowers in the room, of course there weren't any, and when I asked at the reception I was told that there is no and there will be no room of a higher standard. Unfortunately, when I got there it turned out that the room was tiny and dusty. I asked at the reception if it was really my room. The nervous lady didn't answer me anything. Additionally, on the second day of my stay, it turned out that I couldn't get into the room.

Neither breakfast nor dinner were good.Parking wasn't free. There was no lounge, so the evening was over at 10 p.m. The lights were turned off in the lobby.

We visited the hotel for the second time and again we were very satisfied, thank you. Room clean, Wellness great and clean. All helpful and nice. At first there was a bit of communication between the staff regarding my gluten free diet, but it always worked out in the end. With that, I say hello to the kitchen and to the square and thank you for the excellent food.If you like trips like we do, the surroundings of Rumburk are beautiful, not to mention the fact that Czech Switzerland is located nearby... so don't be put off by a location that may not seem attractive at first.
