Only went to the breakfast buffet.I have nothing against animals, on the contrary. But if there are a lot of dogs in the breakfast room, some of which are placed on the seats, bark very often and you want to eat food there, it's not exactly hygienic.

We had booked a room for two people through Booking and asked in advance for one with a terrace because we were traveling with our dogs. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding here. When we arrived at the Pharisee Court we were told that the terrace rooms were fully booked and that we would be accommodated on the first floor. That was fine with us, but what followed was very unprofessional and unpleasant communication from the hotel management.Instead of a friendly explanation, we were met with accusations and advised to leave if we didn't like the room - although in this case we would have to pay 80% of the costs. The boss became loud and showed no willingness to find a solution or empathy.Since the aggressive manner of communication kept us busy all night, we decided not to stay the second night. When we checked out we were again confronted with accusations and it was assumed that we didn't want to pay. Finally, we were even threatened that there could be negative consequences if we left a bad review.Overall the stay was very disappointing. We were looking forward to relaxing days, but the consistently unprofessional and accusatory communication left us emotionally burdened.

When you arrive you feel like you are in a labyrinth. First you have to find the door you can go through. The reception resembles a trucker's office. Full of papers and a bit chaotic.I was greeted by someone from the kitchen as reception is no longer there after 6pm. The bag was handed to me and then I was passed on to the waiter. He showed me the door to the room. And wanted to know when I would show up for dinner. That was my greeting. We would have liked to have left earlier, but unfortunately that wasn't possible either. Since everything is completely closed on Tuesdays, even the reception cannot be reached. The good thing is that the dog can go anywhere. Other than that, I didn't get anything out of my vacation except for back pain, less money, and the knowledge that I didn't have to go there anymore. And the question of how this facility got 3 stars ⭐️.
