This property needs to be closed and demolished. Dilapidated, dirty, unhygienic hole and consisting of broken furniture from the junkyard. I have traveled all over the world and am very experienced in travel - even in the most remote developing country you could spend a nicer night than in the City Nest Konstanz. Far too expensive for what is offered, poor value for money. The management is (according to the apartment) a total disaster, as can be seen from the incompetent and unqualified answers under the reviews. The owner is disrespectful, rude and bold (read it). Unbelievable!!! Pure rip off here!!!! This property should be closed! Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else!!!

An absolute disgrace. In my entire traveling life I have never experienced such a condition.Went there 2 years ago and I still have nightmares. Our review PLUS PICTURES was simply deleted. How about just cleaning the rooms and bathrooms properly, then you don't have to be ashamed or hide this condition.I will never forget this hostel! Even in developing countries, where you can get rooms for less than €5 per night, the service and cleanliness is 5 stars.I would have thought such a situation was forbidden in Germany.

The name says it all. Towels only for a fee but I wouldn't have had the opportunity to get towels due to the lack of people on site. There was no heating in the room on a 7 degree night.Really a disgrace for the price!

The location is not far from the embankment, but far from the station.The comments from the “wow, how terrible” category are surprising! The pricing policy corresponds to the stated conditions.There is no kitchen. The room has a double bed and a single bed. Wardrobe, pouf, lamp, chair and washbasin.In the room, despite the smoking ban, there is a very strong smell of cigarettes. You can only sleep with the window open. Bathroom and toilet, separate on the floor. There is free wi-fi. But don't count on him too much. Scroll through social networks as much as possible. There are 3 rooms on the floor.The courtyard where the windows face is quite noisy in the evening. But since midnight there has been silence.In general, if you are a budget tourist and you just need somewhere to sleep without unnecessary frills, then this is the place for you. The price is three times cheaper than surrounding hotels and hotels. On Thursday, a room for a day cost only 85 euros. Which is quite cheap for this area!

Charging extra for towels in the price range is outrageous. It's understandable that someone finances their house purchase and rents it out and increases the prices accordingly when there is high occupancy. But at €80-120 per night the income is enormous enough for some service in half a construction site
