Great hotel in Regensburg, with super efficient and friendly staff. The breakfast is very good, and the rooms were great. Initially the wifi at our room was not great, but this was resolved quickly once we notified reception. Highly recommended.

Sorry, I actually swapped hotels. This is actually about the Hotel Premier Inn Regensburg City, as you have correctly stated.I am very sorry and apologizeKind regardsBooked the hotel late in the afternoon from Croatia for an overnight stay on the Sinji Croatia - Regensburg route.I was traveling in Croatia for three weeks and unfortunately didn't notice anything about the bad weather in Slovenia and Austria. The next morning I found out from a German motorcyclist that there was quite a bad weather front over the Slovenia and Austria route and she advised me against the original route and suggested a different route.I then sent an email to the hotel at 7:27With the following words.Good afternoon dear teamThe weather situation in Croatia/Slovenia and Austria is really worrying me right now. I don't think I can get to your hotel today, given the situation, without putting myself in danger.I therefore apologize, but it is out of my hands.I'm 70 and I'm already worried. Is it possible for you to accommodate me and allow a free cancellation.I'll probably have to take a different route than planned to avoid the storm and won't be able to book something new until I know when I'll be where.SorrymfG.....Under normal circumstances I would have accepted the cancellation due to not showing up, but not in this danger that I could not foresee. If no one understands this, then I wonder whether this decision is morally justifiable.Today I was debited the amount of 80 euros (excluding booking fees)!Goodwill and understanding looks different for me
