We had booked and paid for a junior suite and a single room for a long time - when we checked in they said the junior suite was only booked for one person?? Surcharge for 2 people 35 € so a total of 186 €, of course without breakfast (19 € each and parking another 19 € and all this for a public holiday on November 1st) completely out of season.Everything makes a run-down impression from the bar - appearance from the lobby to the bar, floor completely worn out to the room furnishings - a small TV in the room and a larger one in front of the bed - some channels such as ZDF and Bavarian TV cannot be received at all (no signal )In short the view is fantastic - room 424 that's it, the rest is unfortunately forgettable!I've always wanted to stay there - once and never again!

This was the most beautiful hotel view we've ever had. The location is magical! It was perfect because we could walk over the bridge but driving to locations was very easy ... had we stayed in old town, that wouldn't have been so. The view from our room was amazing, we stayed in the junior suite so we had a living room space and the view of the stone bridge made this feel extra special. We loved breakfast as well. We will always stay here when I return for work.

Unique location in Regensburg | Beautiful hotel with large rooms - (classic on the 1st floor) unfortunately with carpeted floors. Facilities are getting old - both furniture and bathroom. …
