Well, what can I say? I'm disappointed. The room, a dark chamber. Even with light, unfortunately. Reading was almost not an option. The bathroom is old-fashioned, only a bathtub and no shower. The breakfast, yes, homemade rolls, very tasty, even the bread was homemade. Otherwise, the same breakfast ingredients on the days.The owners are friendly.You should also inform yourself in advance, as the room is about 20 minutes from the city center.

Pleasant guesthouse on the outskirts of Passau in a quiet location. Friendly welcome from Ms. Ritter. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Breakfast with a large selection and good quality. Gladly again.

We were greeted very friendly by the boss and after a short time we had the feeling that we were regular guests even though it was our first time there and we had only booked for one night. The room had its charm, which isn't to everyone's taste, but for us it was really comfortable and large. It's only a 10-minute walk to the city, although the guesthouse is a bit hidden. The breakfast was sufficient. The fireplace was lit and here too we were able to have a nice chat with the boss. Since we went on a river cruise, we were able to leave our car there. Our conclusion at any time.

What do I expect from accommodation? Clean, affordable, well located,...Our room was in tip-top condition with a good bed, clean bathroom and a nice balcony - there was a small stream bubbling outside. 7 out of 5 stars.20 minutes e.g. B. to the old town of the cathedral - for us it is absolutely close to the center (by the way, there are also taxis if necessary). 6 out of 5 stars.Breakfast is great - there is a fridge downstairs with drinks at reasonable prices. 7 out of 5 stars.If you like anonymous accommodation, this is the wrong place for you. You will find such friendly operators here, so it was a pleasure to spend our long weekend there. 10 out of 5 stars.Conclusion: An absolute recommendation and a great price/performance ratio.You can only give 5 stars...

I went on vacation for a few days.The hosts were very friendly, there were tips for the area, not just hiking, and there were lots of relaxing conversations. The room was large and clean.The breakfast with freshly boiled eggs and homemade bread was very tasty.

We stayed in a triple room for 1 night. Price-performance was great. The room and bathroom were very clean, the breakfast was delicious (eggs were freshly cooked for us) and the owner was very friendly. The guesthouse is located close to the city center, idyllically on a hill. If you arrive by bike or on foot, you should note that you have to go up the mountain. No problem with the car. The guesthouse has plenty of free parking spaces.

We were in Passau over the weekend. I am 41 years old, he is 43 years old. Very warm and friendly operators.Yes, the breakfast room is in the basement, but it's nicely done and the buffet is very attractive. With homemade wild garlic spread.Room and bathroom super well maintained and clean. Beds top.Not far to walk to town.We'll be back...

Very hospitable guest house, within walking distance (via the pedestrian bridge) of the old center of Passau. Due to the corona measures, an adapted format for breakfast, where there was no buffet, but personal service. A nice solution. We were offered a very spacious room and bathroom. The Mariahilf pilgrimage church is also within walking distance.
