Romance meets luxury at the highest level in an almost 700-year-old building. Very friendly welcome, lots of nice surprises in the apartment, perfect location in the old town.

Fantastic. Apartment furnished with attention to detail and extremely high quality. Very tasteful and equipped with a lot of technology, the operation of which is not only intuitive but is also available in detailed operating instructions.It should be noted that there is no shower in the apartment, as this is certainly seen as a "negative" thing by some people. There is a free-standing and extremely spacious bathtub in which you can not only comfortably fit two people, but also shower while sitting.Passau42 is located in the middle of the old town. This means, on the one hand, that everything can be easily reached on foot, but also that the window leads directly onto a street that is both busy and frequently used by pedestrians. If you have the windows open, it actually looks like you have people standing in the apartment. If you are a light sleeper, you should keep this in mind, as the windows in the old building are not completely soundproof.The facilities go far beyond what you would expect from holiday apartments. The kitchen is fully equipped with a high-quality coffee machine, coffee and accessories, fresh eggs, milk, various drinks and much more. All of this is not only available, but included in the price. Crockery and glasses are high quality and versatile, so you can easily find the right glass for your drink at home.The landlord is friendly, punctual, very accommodating and has really thought of everything. All useful information about restaurants, bars, sights, parking options, etc. is available.Absolutely gorgeous!

Magical, comfortable...Attention to detail lurks in every corner.We felt comfortable, pampered, like in a luxury hotel.Holiday apartment interpreted in a completely different way.A break from everyday life in the middle of the beautiful city of Passau.A pleasure for all senses.Vault meets high-tech - a fascinating pair.We'll be back. :)

The Passau 42 holiday apartment offers a unique opportunity to spend the night in the middle of the old town of Passau in a beautifully decorated and stylish, fully equipped apartment.The ambience is very luxurious and every little detail was taken into account when furnishing it, the same applies to cleanliness!The hosts are also extremely friendly and accommodating, I'm already looking forward to my next overnight stay in this fantastic accommodation!

Last year I was a guest in the Passau holiday apartment in the middle of it all with a friend. We liked it there so much that we wanted to visit the hosts' new holiday apartment (in the same house). What can I say? It was definitely worth it! The Passau42 is very stylishly furnished, perfect for a stay for 2 people :) Thank you also for the nice personal welcome, the hosts immediately recognized us as “returners” ;)

Fantastically beautiful apartment in the middle of the old town. The furnishings are very tasteful and luxurious. The hosts, Susi and Dirk, are super nice and accommodating. I'd love to come back!
