A beautiful park. Very, very nice operators. Everything was very lovingly designed. Each camper has its own bathroom, which is equipped with great attention to detail. Absolutely recommended!

If you're a camper looking for something special, the Gehlberg Holiday Park is the perfect place for you. Carola and Johnny live and love their calling to make their guests happy. With a great concept - without glamping - a campsite in a beautiful area, great bistro with top food, own bathrooms for the campers. It couldn't be better and the bookings absolutely speak for it. By 2025 there will hardly be any free houses or parking spaces left.We were happy and still found a booking gap for 2025. Five stars, I would have liked to give even more!!!

This year we spent two weeks at Holiday Park Gehlberg for the third time. The peace and quiet and the location in the middle of nature, together with the professional hospitality of the owners, is reason enough to look forward to going there again next year and enjoying the beautiful surroundings by bike with our dog.Thank you for the lovely days with you.

Beautiful park, very sweet owners. We have been coming here for years and can highly recommend it!!Location is great, lots to do and experience in the area.Dogs are more than welcome, but a beautiful place even without a dog!

How wonderful to have enjoyed the hospitality of Johnny and Carola in Gehlberg again in recent weeks! We spent 3 weeks at the beautiful mini campsite with super nice private sanitary facilities, enjoying the peace, space, delicious food in the bistro and the beautiful surroundings. You can walk to your heart's content, but there are also nice towns, cafes and (swimming) lakes nearby. Ferienpark Gehlberg is on our list of "regular" destinations. We haven't finished there yet. Highly... highly recommended!!

A very nice, very quiet, small campsite. Owner-managed. Very friendly operator. Each pitch has its own bathroom with toilet.There is a barbecue evening on Saturdays. Don't miss it. Delicious grilled dishes with delicious salads.

We had 11 wonderful days on this small and very well-kept campsite with 9 pitches and its own bathroom, washing and drying room, fridge for shared use, mini market and bistro, pool, playground and bread service.Here you can see that Carola and Jhonny have put a lot of heart and soul into this great project and put a lot of effort into ensuring that their guests have a relaxing holiday.The location of the holiday park is right next to the forest and you can go on great hikes from there.

Very nice holiday homes and campsite in the small community of Gehlberg, with a sports field right next door. And Gehlberg is the most beautiful place to visit in all of southern Thuringia with the highest mountain and peak views

Very nicely located. Great houses and a cute little campsite. Very, very lovely and nice owners. We love coming here to relax and unwind.The peace and quiet here is a holiday for the ears.

The holiday park is simply unique! It's completely quiet right next to the forest and you can start hiking straight away. We were immediately greeted warmly and personally and felt immediately welcome. The love and passion that Carola and Jhonny put into the park can be seen in every corner. You get the impression that it is their heartfelt wish that everyone feels comfortable. It's really impressive what the two of them have achieved here. Extensive bread roll service, small but nice bistro, private bathroom for each parking space (never experienced it before!), refrigerator, washing machines, small shop, small playground. Especially the size of the place (9 parking spaces).

Great holiday park. Lots of privacy, small-scale, animal-friendly, beautiful nature. Great food in the bistro.The houses are very warm and cozy and fully equipped!Many nice excursions in the areaThe owners of the park are super hospitable, friendly, warm and cozy!A place to go back to.

A paradise that the family has realized here.👍I still know the location from what it looked like back then in GDR times. There is no comparison with today.Everything is just right here, from the houses to the small vases or decorations, everything is perfectly coordinated.The area is breathtakingly beautiful in the Thuringian Forest, you can start very beautiful hikes from there.
