Price and performance do not match.The staff doesn't respond to problems, WiFi doesn't work, there's no reception.Cleaning is only done sporadically.Only the head waiter in what is called the dining room, which is actually a bad canteen, makes a huge effort.Dinner is fine here, breakfast is good.We were very very very disappointed.

Found it by chance, booked it and only then read the reviews (lucky me).We stayed in a bungalow at the holiday park for 2 nights. It was very spacious, you had everything you needed.Travelers with small children should bring socket protection with them, these are at toddler height and are unsecured:)Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, sufficient and tasty.I have very positive memories of the friendly lady at the reception and the nice staff in the dining room.Our children enjoyed the play options for children, especially the indoor area is a really great idea for grubby days.We were satisfied, the price-performance ratio was right and we would like to come back.

Despite some bad reviews, we booked and were positively surprised, rooms tidy, reasonable mattresses, clean facility, close to the beach, friendly staff, breakfast delicious, dinner also good, even for vegetarians, overall good rating, recommended for families with children

I would say solid. The location is great and you can reach the beach within a few minutes on foot. The cities of Boltenhagen and Wismar can also be reached quickly by car.The rooms are getting old and noisy. The food is okay, but there is room for improvement. I really liked the possibility of bowling in the evening.

Beautiful area, right on the Baltic Sea...highly recommended. The bungalows and rooms are slowly getting old. The prices are very high for my taste, even in the off-season, so I deducted a star. Internet is practically non-existent - "reception" is only available at the reception

Had a hut near the beach. Hut is getting old but ok. Location great. Great playground and hall. Breakfast was good, there was even melon. WiFi doesn't reach the hut. They also had such bad reception. Here you could see the northern lights on the beach.

Not recommended!The location is very nice and you can quickly get to the beach, which also has a dog area.But that's where it ends. Costs that are only told to you on site. The service was unfriendly, we got a different apartment than when we booked and then had to sleep in the bunk bed.We had to wait 1 hour when we arrived because the apartment still needed to be "cleaned".The floor was full of sand and the dishes were dirty. There was open chocolate on the cupboard and under the bed.Overall the apartment was very run down. The bathroom needs to be redone and the mice in the walls don't help you sleep either.The playground could be very nice, with all the equipment. However, a lot of them were broken (risk of injury).There was no WiFi in the holiday apartment area, which we had to rely on because there is no mobile phone network. But you can sit at the reception. There is reception there.In the end, the internet was the least of the problems on the vacation.Not recommended.

We had booked a holiday house.The shower was rusty and moldy.The bed covers were still adequate from the GDR times and were musty.The underside of the mattresses were moldy.Mice were running in the blankets.We had never experienced anything like this before.We left after one night.

Many reviews here are simply not fair - especially when it comes to room cleaning. You have to see this system in terms of price-performance ratio and that's right, in my opinion.We (a family of four) stayed in the holiday village for five nights and were literally overwhelmed by the warmth of the hotel team and the wonderful, natural beaches in the immediate vicinity!Is there nothing to criticize? Yes yes! A little more variety in the evening buffet and more vegetarian dishes would be sensible immediate measures :-)A widespread modernization of the system is also urgently needed! As far as I could find out from the employees, the holiday village was taken over by a new team a few months ago and they have already started making some important investments.See you again soon sometime 👋

We have traveled to the holiday village for 7 years, even several times a year, but this year was the last time... We paid almost twice as much and don't know what for, because nothing has been renewed... Rooms the same, breakfast the same and outside everything is the same as it was 7 years ago 🤷♀️So why is the price increase... the children's festival has also been abolished and if you ask at the reception you get stupid answers. It's a shame, we were always really looking forward to our holiday there , but that's okay ..The breakfast isn't replenished either, if you get there at 9 a.m. everything is usually empty..Unfortunately, our bathroom was also very dirty.

Fine for two nights. Nice indoor and outdoor playground and just across the street is the beach, which is natural. The rooms are clean, the beds are good, only the curtains need to be replaced, preferably with opaque ones. It's not all the latest, but it's functional. Unfortunately, in houses 14 and 15 there is always a motion detector in the house opposite that constantly goes on and off in the evening/night. Very annoying especially since the curtains don't keep anything out. The food was ok, unfortunately not for children but rather for adults. A corner with fries and nuggets would be great. Breakfast was good, large selection. But coffee from a large canner. There's something about mass production. But the employees were very nice and hardworking.

We were looking forward to a little break with the family, but were very disappointed with the accommodation!Apartment 261 was dirty and absolutely uncomfortable.It was also incredibly noisy. We heard EVERYTHING from above! You could listen to normal conversations.The idea of the leisure hall is great, but unfortunately implemented carelessly.The playground was generally great, but desperately needs some love!The breakfast was ok.Only the indoor arcade was in good shape.The short walk to the beach is also great!I hope the new tenants take care of things because the facility has potential!As it is, I definitely won't recommend it!

We were there from October 3rd to 6th, with 4 people / 2 double rooms in a thatched roof house. We booked half board + and were pleasantly surprised. We had looked at the reviews beforehand and went there with prejudices, but the room, food and drink were good and we were very satisfied. Very nice service and everyone was very friendly

There were three of us in one house from September 22nd to September 26th. Unfortunately everything is a bit old. The internet connection was almost non-existent. No storage space in the bathroom...no hairdryer. The bathroom was acidic but very small. The toilet flush is very loud and a bit weak...so you had to flush more often. The food is no better than cafeteria fare. The food was cold and not varied.
