We booked 8 nights, we stayed for seven. The size of the apartment is good for 2 people and it is unacceptable for 4! Arrival is only after 5 p.m. and the full price is charged, which is strange.The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and as described in a well-known booking portal: "3 good stars if you still believe in stars today" - is an exaggeration!!If anything, the apartment deserves 2 stars. The location is okay in a residential area on the outskirts of the city, close to the motorway, discount stores, bank branches, bakery, etc. Parking is easy to find, even in front of the front door. Otherwise, the apartment is in the landlord's apartment, which means the privacy leaves as much to be desired as the rest.At first glance the apartment is clean until you look a little closer, there are spiders of all sizes and shapes as well as spider webs everywhere. Hair from previous residents can also be found quickly. The bed mattresses and the bed in the living room and bedroom could use an update. You didn't even dare lean on the sofa in the living room because the backrest collapsed straight away. If you looked under the sofa cover, the sofa was past its prime.The kitchen is well furnished if you don't want to miss cooking because of the cleanliness. I don't know why there is an extractor hood attached to the stove that is right next to the window because the pipe from the extractor hood is temporarily hanging on the inside of the window.The bathroom is large and spacious with a bathtub with shower facility, clean toilet and large sink. You have to book towels but then you only get 4 small ones.We didn't use the outdoor area because it connects directly to the landlord's living area.We wouldn't book this apartment again, even for the low, attractive price it's still too much, for a "3 star apartment" we're used to something different throughout Germany, even in this price range.If someone with small children should vacation there, it is also not recommended.

The apartment was handed over in a clean condition. The owner gave me the key at 11 a.m. instead of 3 p.m. I thought that was very kind of him. I would go back to the apartment to stay overnight at any time.

Small private holiday apartment, with good furnishings. Everything you need is there. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. There is even a stair lift. Use of the garden is also possible. Everything was clean. Location outside of the center. There is a bus stop 50 meters away. There are several small shops in the surrounding area such as a bakery, pharmacy, snack bar, ice cream parlor, etc.

Three stars for cleanliness, location and facilities. Two stars deducted because of the poor bed in the living room and the privacy.
