Yes, what can I say. Actually a nice facility but we were just unlucky. The heating was broken, there was only one mug and one cup and not enough glasses. Unfortunately there was also no pillow. But the service was very hard. We were able to get a pillow from the neighboring apartment, a mug and an electric heater from a storage room.

The house is overall very neat and clean. I can only speak for the apartment 35 I rented. When we entered the apartment we noticed that it had not been cleaned. In any case, this is untenable. There are also some things missing or not in a usable condition. Defective shower head, no measuring cups, no usable cutting knife and no extractor hood over the stove. When asked about these things, Mr. Ahrens spoke about a higher standard that you couldn't expect for €80 a day. You could only use the balcony with a lot of trust in God. The wood is already extremely weathered. However, the apartment is beautifully designed so that you can live there after a special cleaning.

We have often lived in different apartments. We like the apartments towards the south better because there is still sun there even in the afternoon. The apartments are well and practically furnished and always very clean.Unfortunately, one bathroom is not enough for the apartments for up to 6 people.The location of the house is very central. Shops, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance.The only drawback: we had no WiFi despite a valid code that was available in the apartment.

Price/performance ratio is good. You have everything there. Some of the furnishings are new. The apartment served its purpose.

From the front the rear is completely built up. The apartment 15 is large and was clean but in need of renovation in all roomsThe kitchen is very poorly equipped. No dishwasher, no bottle opener. The mattresses are worn out. Bad Internet.
