The hotel room was very nice and very clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was served personally by the boss and was plentiful and there were different cold cuts and 2 different types of jam every day. Upon request, there were either boiled eggs, scrambled eggs or fried eggs. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. There is nothing to complain about. We'd love to come back.

I was on holiday here alone for 4 days and was very enthusiastic about this lovingly run hotel. What impressed me most every day was the breakfast that was served directly at the table, very rich and plentiful. The hotel is also extremely clean and very quiet. I'll definitely be back. Many thanks to the Jürgens family for the great time. 😊

It is a small, very well-run hotel with a lot of charm from the 90s. It is extremely clean and you are lovingly looked after. The dog was also allowed to be there, at no extra cost. I had a single room, not big but very functional and a nice balcony with great summer flowers. There's really nothing to complain about, I'd love to come back. My sister-in-law in the next room sees it the same way I do. 😄👍

We were greeted very nicely and our dogs immediately felt at homeIn the morning at breakfast we would be served at the table, there was a different cutout and cheese plate every day, which we found very nice because we like the variety. The eggs would be cooked as desired, for example I only like hard eggs. It felt like my egg was already ready in the morning when we came for breakfast. In the evenings we were allowed to sit in the dining room and play games, which my mother and I always took advantage of, it was nicer than just sitting in the room and playing. We felt very taken care of and the rooms were cleaned every day, the cleaning staff was also very nice and accommodating. This isn't the last time we've been to Bremer Schlüssel, and we're already looking forward to the next time

The view of the Wurmberg from the balcony we had is very nice. The room was getting old, but was clean and tidy. Since we use the room to stay overnight, it is fully equipped. So from our point of view the price/performance ratio is very good. We also went out to eat during our little break. This restaurant is part of the hotel. Less than 10 minutes away on foot and we highly recommend it.Conclusion :The hotel does not have the current standard in terms of facilities. However, the friendliness, warmth and helpfulness of everyone in the hotel makes up for it. And as already mentioned, the price-performance ratio is 100% right in our opinion. If we were to stay in Braunlage again, the Bremen Key would definitely be in our selection again.Thank you for the lovely week and greetings from Bremen.
