The hotel room was very nice and very clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was served personally by the boss and was plentiful and there were different cold cuts and 2 different types of jam every day. Upon request, there were either boiled eggs, scrambled eggs or fried eggs. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. There is nothing to complain about. We'd love to come back.

I was on holiday here alone for 4 days and was very enthusiastic about this lovingly run hotel. What impressed me most every day was the breakfast that was served directly at the table, very rich and plentiful. The hotel is also extremely clean and very quiet. I'll definitely be back.Many thanks to the Jürgens family for the great time. 😊

It is a small, very well-run hotel with a lot of charm from the 90s. It is extremely clean and you are lovingly looked after. The dog was also allowed to be there, at no extra cost. I had a single room, not big but very functional and a nice balcony with great summer flowers. There's really nothing to complain about, I'd love to come back. My sister-in-law in the next room sees it the same way I do. 😄👍

We were greeted very nicely and our dogs immediately felt at homeIn the morning at breakfast we would be served at the table, there was a different cutout and cheese plate every day, which we found very nice because we like the variety. The eggs would be cooked as desired, for example I only like hard eggs. It felt like my egg was already ready in the morning when we came for breakfast. In the evenings we were allowed to sit in the dining room and play games, which my mother and I always took advantage of, it was nicer than just sitting in the room and playing.We felt very taken care of and the rooms were cleaned every day, the cleaning staff was also very nice and accommodating.This isn't the last time we've been to Bremer Schlüssel, and we're already looking forward to the next time

The view of the Wurmberg from the balcony we had is very nice. The room was getting old, but was clean and tidy. Since we use the room to stay overnight, it is fully equipped. So from our point of view the price/performance ratio is very good. We also went out to eat during our little break. This restaurant is part of the hotel. Less than 10 minutes away on foot and we highly recommend it.Conclusion :The hotel does not have the current standard in terms of facilities. However, the friendliness, warmth and helpfulness of everyone in the hotel makes up for it. And as already mentioned, the price-performance ratio is 100% right in our opinion. If we were to stay in Braunlage again, the Bremen Key would definitely be in our selection again.Thank you for the lovely week and greetings from Bremen.

We stayed with three adults for one night and were greeted very nicely! The entire hotel is very well maintained and clean. Nothing was missing from the breakfast served at the table! We would like to come again !

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Braunlage!We felt very comfortable during our stay at the hotel and are happy to recommend the hotel to others.The rooms are not up to date, but they are very clean. The bathroom in particular needed a renovation, but there isn't even a speck of dust to be found here either.Breakfast is served at the table and is very rich, whether it's freshly made scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, fruit or muesli... everything you need is there!Great value for money, we would love to come back!

A beautiful hotel in a central location, a varied breakfast is served, special requests from eggs to tea are fulfilled immediately, the friendly hotel owner Mr. Jürgens is available at any time, the service staff is top, the restaurant in the immediate vicinity can only be recommended. This was my third time there, with a difference of many years. The rooms have everything you need, although everything is a bit older but very well maintained and everything is clean. Breakfast is completely sufficient and is served personally by the boss every morning. Location great! From there you can easily reach everything on foot. We felt completely comfortable again and were warmly welcomed. Thank you.

Very great family-run hotel. We think it's really great that breakfast is served at the table. This means you can start the day in peace and relaxation. It is also possible to go to breakfast with your dog. There is a small room at the back for this. The service staff is very friendly and takes time for a little chat. The rooms are small but cozy. The head and foot sections of the bed are adjustable. Rooms have a balcony. It takes about 5 minutes on foot to get to the center of town. Parking space for cars is located directly at the house.WE WILL BE BACK DEFINITELY.
