I can't understand the positive reviews here, the farm is in a relatively quiet location but that's about it. I had 4 spiders in my room, at least 2 of which had obviously been nesting there for a long time, when you went out onto the balcony you first walked into a cobweb, and otherwise there was a lot of problems with the cleanliness, dust, cobwebs, etc. everywhere. The only thing was the bathroom Apart from the exhaust air (totally filled with dust), it was reasonably clean. On top of that, I constantly had mosquitoes in the room, no window with mosquito protection - simply unbearable. I can't say anything about breakfast because I didn't have any.

We spent a wonderfully decelerated, quiet and relaxing family holiday with a small child at the Johanneshof. Our spacious twin room with balcony had a wonderful view. Feeding the small animals gave our child a lot of joy every morning. The operator, Ms. Sutter, was very friendly, uncomplicated and helpful and had wonderful tips for excursions. The farm is an ideally located starting point for hikes and activities in the West Allgäu. Great value for money.
