A wonderful place for a holiday with children. The holiday farm is in a quiet location where children can run around safely. Our apartment was large, clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into keeping the children occupied and happy. Our children loved driving karts, playing on the trampoline and pool, and feeding the rabbits and guinea pigs. For a small fee, the children can go horseback riding (after helping prepare the horses and ponies, which they thoroughly enjoyed). Every morning and evening the children can also help with the horses and ponies and take them to the pasture and back again. The owners deliver fresh pastries daily to order from a local bakery, and there are reasonably priced sodas and beers on the farm. All kinds of brochures, brochures and information about various activities in the area were available at the farm. Our family of five (dad, mom, children 9, 11 and 14 years old) spent a wonderful week on the Sinz farm. Thank you, Sinz family.

Price performance ratio doesn't fitNegative:The farm is on a road with little traffic, but the vehicles that drive there rarely adhere to the speed limit and therefore quickly endanger smaller children. In our apartment (Pfände) there were terrible mattresses in use in one room; they were far too soft or extremely sagging. In any case, they gave me back pain for the first time ever in a hotel room/holiday apartment. They were incredibly deep in the middle. The dining table didn't fit the chairs, so it wasn't possible for an adult to get their legs under the table, and I always had to sit at the table twisted sideways to eat. The water installation is very old. If someone turns on a tap or flushes the toilet while showering, you risk being scalded in the shower. Not crucial for me, but to be expected in this price range, a reasonably contemporary TV and not a mini relic from the 2000s.The coating on the pans in the kitchen was so ruined that proper frying was out of the question, not to mention the health risk.In general, the furnishings are outdated except for the sofa and chest of drawers.Positive:The apartment was clean and cleaned very neatly. The bathroom is not up to date but there is no mold or spores, all the joints are new or renewed. The view from the apartment is very nice. The children had a great program with the animals on the farm (rabbits, horses, cats, ...).Bread service for breakfast.Summary:In summary, one can say that it is feasible for a week's family vacation, but the price/performance ratio is in no way suitable. For the same budget, we have had much higher quality accommodation in recent years where the overall package was right.

It was our first farm holiday and certainly not the last at Ferienhof Sinz! Lots of nature, great hosts and a great offer for children and adults.Pony rides, grooming ponies, feeding rabbits...everything a child's heart desires (the parents were also busy grooming the ponies and that was also relaxing).Nice fenced-in playground and a specially fenced-in pool (so you don't have to worry about non-swimmers).Countless excursion destinations nearby (there are many highlights 10 to 20 minutes away by car and 34 minutes to Lindau/Bregenz).Kettcar, Bobbycar and tricycle were a daily highlight. The bread roll service and the drink fridge with regional products are also great, simple 😋.We'll be back!Thank you very much Robert, Pia, Mia (5 years) and Lina (1.5 years).

First of all, we were very satisfied overall! The farm is in an idyllic location with a great view of the surrounding area. Although there is active management on the farm, there is no feeling of hecticness or anything like that. Absolutely relaxing! The children were thrilled. Playing opportunities for young and old are available, including a great pool. Really nice apartment.Pros:Feeding the bunnies, riding a pony, trampoline :), riding a pedal car, campfire, pool, table football, Allgäu-Walser Card, Hausbachklamm and much more!Points deduction:- Rolls are a bit expensive (bakery in town)All in all a great place to relax and have fun. Great location for short trips, day tours or local hikes. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts. Greetings also to Grandma and Grandpa Sinz, a lovely couple.Thank you for the great time, we would love to come back!

The apartment was clean, in a beautiful location, spacious, equipped with everything we needed and more. Perfect with the balcony and access to the garden. The many animals and the opportunity to help were great, especially for the children. Even our boys have overcome their initial shyness and now have two favorite ponies. The location also offers a good starting point for various excursions. The ability to order rolls and buy drinks was also great and uncomplicated and the lounge was a great touch, even if we didn't use it this time because of Corona. Unfortunately we don't have any suggestions for improvement ;-)
