We stayed at Landhaus Erben during the autumn holidays and the whole family was very happy.The house is beautifully located and you have a fantastic view of Lake Constance and the mountains.We had a great, beautifully furnished apartment that was very clean. The photos and descriptions on the holiday apartment's website promised a beautiful apartment with all the trimmings. Everything was even nicer there. A great apartment, well equipped. nothing was missing. The view from the apartment or from the balcony was magnificent. The lake and the mountains were literally at our feet. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendliness of our hosts, especially Mrs Erben, who provided us with fresh bread rolls every morning. My husband and I would rent this apartment again at any time and can therefore only recommend it.

Great location. Clean, beautiful views, orchards around, very nice owners 😀 Close to Lake Constance. I recommend a tour of the lake through Switzerland and Austria (it's impressive). Near Pfänder in Austria, a mountain railway ride up to over 1,000 meters.

We were here last summer and had the holiday apartment under the roof. It is a quiet location, but you can quickly get to Lindau, Kressbronn or Wasserburg. The landlords are very nice and care about the well-being of their guests. The apartment itself is very tidy and clean. The bread roll service is recommended, it always worked very well.We definitely highly recommend the accommodation.

"100% and grade 1" > I don't really need to write anything else. :-) We stayed in holiday apartment No. 5 on the ground floor for 3 nights in the low season from March 15th to 18th, 2024 and everything was perfect, nothing was missing in terms of equipment and information and everything was thought of by the landlord (especially The daily bread roll service is certainly worth mentioning, although we didn't use it ourselves...).

A beautifully idyllic apartment with a wonderful south-facing balcony and views of Lake Constance and the mountains of Austria and Switzerland. Parking right in front of the door, the furnishings are functional and leave nothing missing, the mattresses are really great! There is a bread roll service and a special mention should be made of the landlady, a warm and helpful person. You feel very comfortable here. Pure relaxation and yet centrally located for many excursions, e.g. B. also by bike or on foot through the wonderful apple orchards past small, charming towns towards Lake Constance.

The hosts are very friendly and warm.The holiday apartment is in a quiet location away from the main road in the apple orchards. Cycling and/or hiking tours can start from the front door.The parking lot is right in front of the house and its proximity makes it easier to load and unload your holiday luggage.From the balcony you have a great view of Lake Constance and the mountains in Switzerland and Austria.The apartment is very well equipped. The cooking and eating utensils are high quality. The bathroom is modern and practical with a window. The whole apartment is very clean. Everything worked, from the television to the dishwasher to the shutters (electric in the living room).The apartment has WiFi. The transfer rate is not very high but was sufficient for our purposes. The sturdy insect screens in the bedroom and living room are very useful. This allows the apartment to be well ventilated without insects getting in. The drinks that you can purchase in the house and the bread roll service make your stay even more comfortable.The Antonius-Kabelle is about 200 m away on a small hill. From here you also have a good view of the beautiful landscape. The small bell of the Kabelle announces the time with a quiet chime, which I didn't find annoying.

Very nice apartment, I'm here for the second time after 2022. Very nice and friendly landlord, accommodation very nicely furnished, the location and view are fantastic and everything at a more than fair price, absolutely recommended.

A great apartment. Nicely furnished bed linen and towels provided. You can buy drinks in the house and it's nice and quiet. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach Lake Constance. The view from the balcony is amazing. We can only recommend it.

The location is an absolute dream!! Quiet at night and idyllic during the day. The only thing that needs to be improved is that there are no "basic supplies" such as salt and pepper or kitchen roll/Zewa and the toilet paper is very generously sized.

With the experience of a large number of holiday home/holiday apartment stays over the last almost 50 years, I say:Taking into account the very good price/performance ratio, I would actually like to give this house and its landlords 6/5 points or stars:Great location and great view, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and yet only a few minutes from the lake.Good quality, functional, tasteful and fully equipped, clean apartments with lake views.But the fact that we felt comfortable like rarely before was not only due to the rental property and its location, but also to the extremely nice and friendly hostess, who, among other things, naturally offers services that would suit many a hotel Holiday apartments are rarely observed (including a perfectly functioning breakfast roll delivery service with a large selection, a wide variety of drinks in the house, a selection of home-grown fruit).It's a shame that the "6/5" can't be accommodated - it just has to stay with the top grade...
