We were guests at Panorama in September 2024 and were simply thrilled. From the first moment you simply feel welcome. It was our first time there, but certainly not the last time. The garden suite is a dream, the view from the bed is priceless. The spa area is super beautiful and perfect for relaxing and the pampering board is simply delicious. Many thanks to the entire team, we will definitely be back!

I think I have to improve on my old review: We have been there 5 times since 2019 and will come again. It's still amazing after the renovation!The new rooms are very spacious (we were allowed to take a look), our room in the "old building" was clean as always and had an overwhelming view of the Alpine panorama from the balcony.At breakfast (as a huge buffet) no wish remains unfulfilled. When the dinner was changed from a buffet instead of a menu at the table, we were initially skeptical as to whether the taste and quality would suffer, but we were not disappointed, the selection and freshness of some of the regional products were excellent. The opportunity to get free drinks in the restaurant between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. is great. The lunch snack or afternoon coffee on the panoramic terrace is also included in the pampering board.The enlarged wellness area on 2 levels is great and offers real relaxation in the sauna area and enough space in the relaxation rooms.The price-performance ratio is right, because with this great service, the facilities and the committed, very friendly staff, we are happy to pay it.

We had wonderful days in this excellent hotel. Everything is beautifully designed, from the entrance area to the restaurant with the exceptionally good food and a wonderful terrace to the cozy rooms with a great view and the great wellness area with the saunas with a view of the mountains - a place for complete relaxation. The bar also invites you to linger with its delicious drinks and comfortable seating. What should be highlighted are the always very, very friendly employees who are always in a good mood and have fun at work. From October 18th to October 20th We were guests at Panorama again after a 2-year break. Unfortunately, for work reasons, we were only able to stay over the weekend, but the stay was such a nice experience that we immediately booked it again, but at least for 4 days. In November 2021 we were already very excited. We really liked the modern hotel and especially our garden suite. In this junior suite you have the perfect peace and maximum comfort to relax. Even back then, we really liked the spa offerings and the excellent cuisine. Now after the renovation it is even more beautiful and the spa offerings are even better. Really a huge improvement. The friendliness of the staff in all areas is so incredibly good, thank you to everyone.Compared to our first visit, we missed the plunge pool by the sauna. This is now the indoor pool. It was awesome to be able to swim in it after the sauna. Our recommendation would be to create a pool like this again.We are really looking forward to our next visit and can highly recommend this resort.

We had a wonderful father-son vacation at the PANORAMA Allgäu Spa Resort. All employees were extremely friendly and accommodating. The service team is very well coordinated. We really enjoyed all meals at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the lunch menu (we only used it twice) and the selection of cakes are fine and the dinner (as a menu or themed buffet) rounds off the culinary offer perfectly. We initially had a tiny studio (modern, small, functional) and later a garden junior suite (tasteful and high-quality furnishings, lots of storage space, great bed) in which we felt particularly comfortable.We found some hotel services, special features and "gadgets" particularly impressive because we were not familiar with them from comparable hotels: water, tea, coffee and soft drinks from the buffet included until 5 p.m.; Kick scooter to reach the room more quickly via the hallways (my son celebrated); “Robot cats” that drive dishes to the kitchen (my son also celebrated); Cycling and hiking recommendations specifically compiled by the hotel.The spa area, like the entire hotel, is wonderfully harmonious and tastefully furnished in a simple Alpine style. The pond pool is at a very pleasant temperature and offers a magnificent view; the sauna infusions in the Moor Spa are professional and the garden area is beautiful. The spa area can get a little fuller due to day guests, but we never noticed it as overcrowded. In the Weiher Spa we always found loungers and enough space in the pools.From the hotel you can go on a variety of different excursions. There are also interesting and exciting destinations for families with children.If one could make suggestions for improvement at a very high level, we would have the following suggestions: no parking in front of the panoramic windows in the bar area (unattractive), larger selection of juices at breakfast, water temperature in the indoor pool a little warmer, escort to the room on arrival.Overall we felt very comfortable. We look forward to our next stay at the PANORAMA Allgäu Spa and would like to thank all employees for the great vacation in Rückholz.

Relaxed atmosphere, diverse regional food, fantastic views of the mountains, large wellness area and top staff!As soon as you enter the panorama, relaxation greets you. Homely furnishings and calm music create a feel-good atmosphere throughout the house. When you wake up, you can expect a clear view of the mountains, as the bed is carefully positioned towards the large window. The rooms are modernly furnished with separate shower and toilet, television and enough space for luggage. Cleaning is carried out on request, which is simply communicated via a door sign in order to save resources where possible, particularly when it comes to towel requirements.The conscious use of resources is definitely important to Panorama. Cheese, ice cream and many other foods are sourced directly from the region; menus are dispensed with and are made available digitally via a QR code at the table or via the in-house app, which you can also use to open your room door.Both the buffets and the evening menu offer a varied culinary experience that can be enjoyed in front of the beautiful mountain panorama. In addition, there is outstanding service everywhere from morning to night. Attentive and friendly waitresses and waiters ensure that no wish is left unfulfilled, physical relaxation is provided in the spa area and every question is answered at reception and tips are given for all weather conditions. This creates a family, feel-good atmosphere for all guests in the large house.I wasn't able to arrive until late in the evening, so I received a call the day before asking if I would like to enjoy a snack on arrival. This thoughtfulness describes Panorama's service excellently.The holiday is rounded off with warm pools, various saunas and a variety of lounging options and relaxation rooms. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, you have come to the right place!But you can also enjoy the landscape and go on various hikes around the region's lakes.In short, my vacation in Panorama was incredibly relaxing and beautiful, my 7.5 hour drive was absolutely worth it, I will definitely come back next year.

Boo...It's very difficult to have found something not beautiful. :) Great rooms with lots of great details, incredibly attentive service and surrounded by a very natural atmosphere. Sauna high five options for connoisseurs. The pool area leaves nothing to be desired. The culinary delights spread throughout the day are amazing.You can only feel good. There is simply no other way 😀

We stayed at the Panorama Hotel for the second time and were again very satisfied with the entire accommodation. However, we had some suggestions for improvement that we were able to give directly to the hotel the first time, but unfortunately this is no longer possible this time.Some suggestions that bothered us a bit:1. The sign for cleaning only leaves the options to clean or not. You can't choose, please do not disturb: the cleaning staff visited us several times almost every day and wanted to clean the room even though we were still there. The quality of the room cleaning was also not satisfactory.2. In the sauna area there are only the Fatboy loungers outside. These reclining options are not suitable for older, fatter and physically disabled people. We also missed indoor lounging options in the lower area (there is a small seating area and a few Fatboy loungers; otherwise you always have to go one floor higher)3. The towel holders are not enough when there is a lot of traffic. It shouldn't be a problem to attach towel racks to the individual walls that are still empty.4. The towel racks for the whirlpool are inconveniently placed because you first have to walk past the entrance. Maybe you should put a standing towel rack on the corner of the entry door.

We booked a short-term stopover at the Panorama Hotel for one night and didn't regret it. The price-performance ratio is completely reasonable.Particularly noteworthy is the warmth and commitment of all employees, which for us represents the spirit of the house. You don't always experience that in hotels of this category.We will certainly come back for a longer stay, although we prefer a menu for dinner. This is only offered on 3 out of 7 evenings in the “Panorama”. On the other 4 days there are extensive and high-quality themed buffets. Not our thing, but that's definitely a matter of taste!

As a family with 3 teenagers, we spent wonderful holidays at the Panorama Algäu Spa Resort.We experienced hospitality at the highest level and felt completely at home. The hotel is stylishly furnished with great attention to detail. The beautiful view rounds off the “feel-good program” for the eyes :-)The staff is friendly, committed and accommodating!The meals are excellent and leave nothing to be desired!The spa area turns even a rainy day into a wonderful holiday experience. The uncomplicated bike rental enabled us to discover the beautiful Allgäu landscape with forests, hills and lakes.We went home relaxed and with lots of beautiful pictures and memories in our hearts.We'll definitely be back!Thank you very much for the great hospitality

Super nice hotel, with a breathtaking panorama.The rooms are very nice and stylishly furnished.The food is very tasty and the service is very accommodating.The wellness area also leaves nothing to be desired.The only drawback is that there are no toilets near the restaurant and bar.Otherwise everything is just right.I've been there for the second time and certainly not the last time.
