I was there at 2 p.m. They said I could check in from 3 p.m. because all the rooms weren't ready yet. Then other guests arrived and were able to check in straight away. I sat next to the reception the whole time. After waiting 30 minutes it finally worked. The windows urgently need to be replaced!

One of the oldest Moxys in Berlin - not in a top location. Very reasonably priced and in close proximity to the Gesundbrunnen. Staff very friendly!

-Platinum has no upgrade, no greetings, only 500 points or 9 euros-The attitude of the front desk is very good, but the decoration is a bit unconventional, but it is also in line with the hotel culture-There is only one window in the room that can be tilted open-There are exposed heating pipes in the room and sometimes there is the sound of running water.-No lotion 🧴-A light was broken, parts of the shower head fell off, and the soap container was broken.+The room size is pretty good for this class of hotel-The sound insulation is very poor. When someone else opens the door, they think it is their own room. I can hear the vibration of my cell phone clearly in the next room.++The points given feel like they are twice as high as normal

A beautiful, perfectly blending coziness with modern design. The rooms are not only impeccably clean but also feature one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced. Truly a dream for restful nights. The staff is exceptional, always friendly and attentive. Lizzy, in particular, made our stay unforgettable with her warm and caring nature. Thanks to the outstanding service and the pleasant atmosphere, we’re already looking forward to our next visit and can highly recommend this hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at Moxy! Our room was incredibly clean and spacious, with a large, modern TV that had easy access to YouTube and Netflix. It was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. especially thanks to Misbah, Marco and Lizzy for the good mood).The interior design was stylish. There is a large recreation room where you can have a good time playing board games. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel itself is very comfortable, clean and conveniently located with direct train connection to the airport.Their staff however is not able to deal with even minor administrative hiccups: They wrongly charged my private credit card instead of my business travel agency. They admitted this but despite promises did refund NOT within a reasonable timeframe of around 15 days. I have now to go through a fraud case with my credit card, totally unnecessary.I would NOT choose this hotel unless you want to constantly look out for such minor administrative details. Not my idea of a convenient travel experience.

Evaluations only work if general conditions, expectations and the purpose are taken into account. The Moxy is not a 5-star hotel – nor does it have to be. For a fair price you get pleasant accommodation with a consistent standard that is similar to all Moxy hotels. Informal and relaxed. Not luxury, but convenience.Now Berlin can be very crowded, and last week, thanks to trade fairs and the Ukrainian presidential visit, it was at a level that I personally have rarely experienced. Almost every hotel was fully or even overbooked. I chose the Moxy because I knew what to expect. But I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was full, the technology went on strike, and the employees worked extra long shifts, helped out and were sometimes relatively new and inexperienced. Chaos – but they always remained calm.I am particularly grateful to the AC employee Jessica, who stepped in from the sister hotel next door and, despite her young age, not only managed her colleagues, but also managed crises and was an impressive conductor of the chaos. A stay that was supposed to be comfortable turned into a very positive experience. The hotel industry thrives on people, and there are some really great people working here.PS: The rooms don't seem to be completely soundproof - I was woken up by other guests, but they also had a particularly loud finish during nighttime intercourse.

The concept and interior of the hotel are not my thing, but that's a matter of taste. It's strange when you find the previous resident's socks in front of your bed... and in the evening at the bar, if you can call it that, you are ignored for 10 minutes because the staff have to exchange ideas. Overall I am disappointed with the hotel.

Moxy is just Moxy: always a colorful, well-equipped, interesting choice that exudes youthful charm.My children and my 88 year old mother love the colorful Moxyies...We may be crazy, or just Moxy fans.The house was great, as was the room, breakfast too.Special mention: Miss Mesbah, who was super friendly & helpful upon arrival. Lizzy & Shaista were present in the morning and at check-out and helped us with advice and support.Another great Moxy experience, thank you and see you soon...

Hello everyone,I am often in Berlin for work and regularly stay in Moxy hotels, both in Germany and in Europe. But this Moxy is by far the worst hotel I've ever been to! Despite booking the most expensive room category, the nightmare started in the elevator, which smelled unbearably. It was so bad that I almost felt sick. And the hallway – disgusting, musty smell of damp and old, shabby carpet. Even the walk to the room was an imposition.Once we got into the room, the horror continued: it smelled just like in the hallway, the remote control didn't work and it was simply impossible to set up the "mobile key" despite asking reception. It was shown in the Bonvoy app, but apparently chaos reigns in this Moxy. The room itself was just as disappointing - bland and well below the standard I've come to expect from Moxy.It was a terrible stay from start to finish. I will never set foot in this Moxy again and I really can't recommend it to anyone. I was here for the first and last time – NEVER AGAIN!

I can absolutely confirm the comments of previous guests. The service at check-out today was a disaster: I paid at check-in and was asked to do so again at check-out. After pointing out the transaction several times and showing it, the employee became less friendly and insisted that the payment should still be made. It was only after a colleague was called in that the misunderstanding was cleared up. So far so good, mistakes happen to everyone. But then I would have at least expected an apology. But unfortunately nothing came here either.We were also disappointed with the rooms: in the description of the king-size rooms it says a size of 1.40-1.60m. Our bed was 1.40 meters and the room was generally quite small and dark. In addition, the water pipes are very loud and you can hear when your neighbor is taking a shower. For the price I would have expected a little better comfort and except for the service...
