We even took a vacation on Friday just for this. When we arrived the accommodation made a serious impression. Not far from the lake, somewhat in the forest and we got the key easily via a key box. But when we entered the house there was great horror. Everything is dirty and tasty, there is no other way to describe it. There were hairballs in the bathroom, the leftovers from the previous person were in the toilet, everything was covered in dust, there were stains on the mattress, hair, dirt from previous rentals, everything was stuck in the kitchen, the edges of bottles and glasses were on the table, there was stuff in the fridge everything, because something leaked and spread across all floors, etc. Everything can't be listed otherwise it will be a novel. I'll provide a few pictures so you can see for yourself and we'll inform the landlord immediately of all the defects. At first he said that it couldn't be the case, after all the spring cleaning had been done 14 days beforehand. He still sends us the property manager to clarify the matter, who also discovered all the defects mentioned and called the cleaning lady. We discussed the process and went shopping. When we got back, a second attempt, the cleaning lady was gone and we were full of hope, but we were again extremely disappointed. Almost nothing has changed, some of the coarse dirt was collected, the dirt in the bed was covered with a sheet, a broom or damp cloth hadn't been seen in the house again... disgusting... another attempt to clean... we showed it the caretaker that almost never happened. He said we were fastidious... that was a disgrace for this dirty place... after all, we paid a lot of money for it.. We gave the organizer the chance to make improvements again and so that the cleaning lady knew what to do, we waited for her to do it again Return. She came (40 minutes) with long artificial fingernails, made up like...well, no prejudices...I walked through the entire house with her...showed her what she had to do to make sure it was clean...a working time of at least three hours. .. Since we were all on the move for what felt like forever and the cleaning lady had her exact instructions (I thought) we went to the restaurant for dinner. A friend who has a holiday home in the area said after about an hour that the cleaning lady was gone... we were excited to see what was being cleaned... after dinner we returned... because we were in the forest area and in the lake area We went into the house without lights so that we didn't bring any mosquitoes into the house. When everyone was in the house, we closed the door and turned on the light... we were overwhelmed, the kitchen was still sticky, the cutlery compartments were still full of food, there were leaks all over the shelves in the refrigerator, etc... at least the broom was swung and the toilet brush was cleaned... and the feather duster was used at least in a few places... there was still enough DNA from the predecessor in the form of cut nails... but when we looked at the ceiling, the further course of the procedure was clear. ... swarms of mosquitoes that weren't there before... before there were only a few cobwebs... well, the cleaning lady definitely needs fresh air and light to clean... after all, it was around 8 p.m. when She tried to clean after the briefing.... it was now clear to us that we were leaving again... our patience had been tested long enough. On Saturday we reached the landlord. Unfortunately not on Friday night. He couldn't believe it, so he took a look at the situation on site on Sunday...he found that all the complaints were justified. So the return process went smoothly. Nevertheless, I and we are extremely disappointed, no compensation for all the expenses and the spoiled Pentecost.
