We had dinner at the Birkenhof on Monday evening. We didn't know the hotel... We had a voucher from Schlemmerblock.We had reserved a table on the covered terrace.We came into the bar and were greeted by name...we were very surprised. The blonde waitress welcomed us so warmly.We were immediately surprised by the ambience and atmosphere. The seating is very comfortable.Sooo then came the greeting from the kitchen and then a surprise spoon...what can I say...both tasted very good...it was very special, with the edible flowers.Then came the main course...it surpassed EVERYTHING...taste, the portions, how the food was prepared...all in all it was a great experience with super friendly and attentive staff.We felt very comfortable...AND WE'LL COME BACK....Price - performance is right...not overpriced...it's worth any price...Thank you for this great evening

There is nothing wrong with this 4 star hotel. Cleanliness was great, staff were absolutely nice and attentive, from the owner to the trainees. Top breakfast, super nice location of the hotel, quiet and in the green. You can run wonderfully with the dogs. Dogs are absolutely welcome in this hotel. Underground parking, elevator, air conditioning, TV and minibar available. This makes this hotel also ideal for people with walking difficulties. Small but nice wellness area. I had booked a massage. This was great and everything worked wonderfully in a timely manner. We will come again. Thumbs up

Very friendly and attentive staff. Rich breakfast buffet.Rooms are very clean. Quiet location. There is a refrigerator and a safe in the room. Price-performance ratio is justified.As a guest, you hardly notice anything about the renovation work.It's always worth coming here again.

The hotel is beautifully located in the countryside. There is sufficient parking space and an underground car park.The hotel also includes rooms in a house opposite.The room itself is not big but completely sufficient for the purpose.Clean neat.There is also a minibar/fridge. There is also a drinks fridge available in the main house.A kettle and a welcome drink are available. WiFi available.What should be highlighted is the well-functioning air conditioning in the room.I can't rate the restaurant because I didn't have time. Breakfast is great.Price-performance fits.Defects that are raised are dealt with and remedied promptly.Very friendly staff.

The hotel itself is in a quiet location, I can't judge what the rooms are like because we were only there for dinner and that's why I would like to give the review. I would like to say right away that the service was very friendly and that's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars, otherwise the food would only have deserved one star. Ribbon noodles with shrimps for 28.50 euros you can actually expect quality, but what came was a plate with a pile of noodles stuck together, the shrimps were nice and big but fried for far too long and hard. The Wiener Schnitzel for 24 euros wasn't actually seasoned at all and the fried potatoes can't be called that because they weren't fried in any way. Then there was the homemade burger for 28 euros, the meat itself was good, but the burger bun was so hard and dry that I immediately took the lid off because otherwise it wouldn't have been edible, a burger bun is soft but still sturdy To be there at all for this price it would have to be a sensation. Conclusion: I have rarely eaten so expensively in my life and received such poor quality. I can't cook myself and would like to say that I could have done it better. For a 4 star hotel and prices like that you can't accept that.

We were guests with a wedding party and the service team made the evening unforgettable! Super friendly team with a good mood and the world's best drinks! It was fun to see how well the team can work together. Special thanks go to the manager of the bar who spoiled us with his cocktail creations and accompanied us through the evening with a lot of humor.

Very good food and good restaurant.Sad that it was being renovated so some parts looked like a construction site. The room was big and clean but we had to walk through the garden, which was not so fresh.Probably would have been good and maybe will be good.

Price performance absolutely catastrophe.The food is totally overpriced.They charge €30 for a burger with a small side dish. It was very warm in there, the cables were sticking out of the ceiling. The toilet feels like 1 km away. We're definitely not coming back, not even with vouchers.
