I am absolutely thrilled with Pizzeria Vero's delivery service! Ordering was super easy and the website is very user friendly. Delivery came quicker than expected and the pizza was still hot and fresh when it arrived. The delivery driver was friendly and even made sure to drop off the order safely. The quality of the pizza was, as always, excellent – the dough was perfectly crispy and the ingredients were fresh and tasty. I can only recommend the delivery service and will definitely order again! Thank you, Pizzeria Vero, for the great service!

I thought you'd get good pizza at a real Italian restaurant, but I'm very disappointed. I ordered 3 pizzas there via Lieferando, unfortunately they had no taste and were made with very bad dough. I don't know how they got all the stars.

We like to order pizza here, which we find really delicious. The base and ingredients are fresh, not canned. During peak times, delivery can of course take three quarters of an hour, so you should be prepared for that. The service is always nice.

The room was clean but it's a shame that the toilets and showers are very dirty and you walk out backwards.Long waiting times I've been waiting for my invoice for 2 weeks now and it's just a click away.Otherwise the reception was very nice.

Delivery service rating:We ordered through Lieferando and the reviews were good.The delivery time stated when ordering was approx. 45 minutes.In reality, it was only delivered after 2.5 hours after calling again.The food didn't look particularly appealing and was consistently over-seasoned.The gnocchi were doughy.On the pizzas the cheese was on top of the ingredients.Conclusion:You have to be very hungry to eat a whole pizza, for example.None of our order was completely eaten and there were 6 of us.The salad was ok.Conclusion:I do not recommend this service at this time!To the operator:If the cheese is on top of the ingredients, then all pizzas will look the same.Every customer is happy to ignore a long waiting time if the food tastes good, but 2.5 hours is simply too long, so I would change something about my organization and preparations.Now something can always go wrong, so everyone should be given a second chance.Of course, you should still take the criticism seriously when I look at your other reviews.

Keep driving! Substandard customer service, lukewarm pizza and an angry chef. The delivery times are not adhered to and you will not receive any information about delays (guaranteed by Lieferando), unless you call, wonder where the pizza is and ask. If you still dare not accept the delivery after two hours, you can look forward to a call where you will be shouted at by the boss himself. This juice shop is unbelievable - it's how you bankrupt your business. :-) friendly greeting!

If I could give zero stars I would. Real juice shop. Order placed at 6:24 p.m. Delivery time was confirmed at 8:12 p.m. 21.05 we still haven't eaten there and the man on the phone starts shouting and insulting people. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

We were hungry in transit this afternoon. The service was very polite, so you can ignore the misunderstanding about one of the three pizzas. The food was also quite good so far.Nevertheless, we won't be coming back and won't recommend this restaurant, quite the opposite. The sugar shaker for the tea was completely dirty, the toilet (men's room) was dirty, the dining room was ice cold and also totally dirty.

Edit:Ordered again after 5 months.Pizza now with a ready-made base and cans of Champions.Every kebab shop is more authentic.Grade 6-It doesn't taste particularly good here anymore.It's a shame, it used to be delicious :(The bruschetta and the salad were particularly negative. The bruschetta had balsamic vinegar or something really sweet on it. An interpretation to forget.The salad was soaked in yogurt sauce, not recommended.

I always order pizza Quattro Formaggi with ham and a salad on the side. The food tastes very good and the owners are very nice. One star deducted because delivery sometimes takes a long time. Otherwise everything is fine.

The food doesn't work at all!! There was no trace of the minced meat sauce in the lasagne! The spaghetti aglio e olio was really the last thing... totally dry and no fresh garlic on it.... The only positive thing was the delivery person, friendly and punctual!

[Avoid this hotel at all cost: it's almost a scam with horrible rooms, shared showers and owners you cannot reason with. Very bad cancellation policy: you have to pay 90%.]I rate the hotel: Absolute disaster, definitely not recommended. I was also forced (!) to pay for the room in cash (!) in advance when checking in!In addition, I had to have a copy of my ID made. There is no legal basis for this if you have a German passport.I shared a dingy shower with five other rooms.The room was also shabby, the heater and sink made strange noises (even in the middle of the night). The walls to the neighboring rooms are acoustically paper thin and I was able to follow the conversations of the Eastern European neighbors crystal clear.My mattress was about half the height of normal mattresses and the lowest quality blanket and pillow.You could clearly see the scalp fat from previous guests on the headboard of the bed! See photo.It is almost impossible to have a conversation with the owner couple due to a language barrier and an even more serious mentality barrier. I tried to explain my customer perspective to the boss, but was totally unsuccessful.I tried to leave earlier, but the cancellation policy was rather customer-unfriendly: you have to pay 90%, even if you want to leave earlier several days in advance.Check out my other reviews or google me on LinkedIn: A review like this is not usual for me: This experience was extremely unusual!
