A nice short vacation...With the Pension Rittergut Rottewitz we have truly landed a stroke of luck.The Nitzschner couple run the guesthouse with a lot of love and warmth. A beautiful area.The guesthouse is very stylishly furnished and very clean.The breakfast is sufficient and attractively prepared. Even our breakfast table was beautifully decorated for our birthday.We can really recommend this guesthouse and wish the Nitzschner family always a full house with lovely holiday guests.

The location is perfect for slowing down. The breakfast was lovingly prepared and sufficient. The hosts try very hard to make the guests comfortable. The accommodation with direct charging options for the e-bikes was great. A clear recommendation from us as a married couple!

We had the great pleasure of staying in this guesthouse and it was simply sensational! The breakfast was an absolute highlight - everything was fresh and of the highest quality. All wishes were implemented immediately and with a smile. The hostess was incredibly friendly and warm, which made us immediately feel welcome. The guesthouse is in a fantastic location and surrounded by a beautiful landscape that invites you to relax. The property is designed with great attention to detail and exudes a special atmosphere. We can highly recommend this guesthouse and are already looking forward to our next stay.

If you want to relax, seek peace and feel good, this is the right place for you. Very friendly reception.Beautiful, quiet location with a beautiful view, a short walk to the old town of Meißen. The beautiful, romantic property and the rooms are very well maintained and tastefully decorated. Very rich and always delicious breakfast buffet. There is a very well-equipped mini (maxi) bar, also with delicious wines from the region... and what should be particularly highlighted is the very friendly and nice manner of Ms. Nitzschner. We immediately felt very comfortable here and would have liked to have stayed longer ...but we'll be back. All in all: an absolute recommendation! Stars aren't enough at all!!

Everything is great. Landscape, peace, ambience and the room, all good. Breakfast was very good. Every wish was catered for. Rooms very spacious, bed great and the balcony is great. Great view morning and evening. Parking available and free. The way to Meissen is easy to do on foot. About 45 minutes downhill a bit and then always along the Elbe. Of course you have to go back up! Great service. Hotel is really recommended if you want to switch off and still experience something. Good wine!

We spent 2 nights in the guesthouse and are very enthusiastic about the lovingly designed room and everything surrounding it. The operators are welcoming and warm and the breakfast left nothing to be desired. Highly recommended.

Fantastically beautiful manor. The room was tastefully decorated, very clean. Personal and friendly contact with the operator. Balcony facing south for great evenings including sunset. The breakfast was very good. By car you can be in Meißen or directly on the Elbe within a few minutes.

Just amazing… a real gem! 🤗After a great dinner in the cathedral cellar (also worthwhile), we climbed the mountain by bike and were simply overwhelmed: a beautiful ensemble of buildings, coherent rooms and a fantastic individual breakfast! 👍For us the best B&b of the last 23 years!
