Unfortunately our food, apart from the fries, wasn't good. Not even the dessert. Very unfortunate.

Expensive but very good. Unfortunately we had to wait a very long time for the food. There were six of us and the wrong thing was brought three times. It can happen, but it shouldn't at these prices

February 17, 2024After a concert, my group went out to eat, the restaurant was fully booked and an employee understandably wanted to turn us away. But 1 minute later someone else intervened and spontaneously arranged a table for us, which I found to be very noble.(Sure.. Clothes make the man, I was overdressed) (Associations from an old generation)Eye contact was mostly maintained with me. Because of my clothes......So I found out at the same time what kind of clothing is popular here. It’s definitely worth reserving in advance 👍Tip to her:With suits and classier clothing they attract sympathy 👍Ambience:I found the ambience to be very inviting, there are 2 dining rooms here, on the left side of the main entrance there is a warmer room, on the right side there is a cooler, but both sides radiate warmth, elegance and friendliness, I found it very pleasant. Thank you đŸ™đŸ»â˜ș✚Staff:I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, bright and interested! ✹The food was excellently prepared with a lot of dedication and finesse. Thank you very much for the satisfaction you leave behind ✹The prices are inexpensive and fair for everything you get.I would be happy to come by again

Room:Unfortunately the condition of the room was a bit "shabby". The bathroom has mold at the bottom corners, the window sill was dusty and there were two different bedside lamps in the room. The room was decorated in a more retro style.Eat:Unfortunately, the morning meal was a bit lean and cheap (most of the products probably come from Germany, and there was only industrial cheese and fried butter) and did not live up to the motto: eat like a king in the morning, eat like a servant at lunch and eat like a beggar in the evening, if then rather the other way around. The Bern service employee was very friendly and customer-oriented.Conclusion:All in all, the hotel unfortunately does not meet the price-performance ratio that applies here.Unfortunately, I will probably no longer stay in this hotel in the future and would even prefer an Ibis.
