Every basic thing that was needed , was available at the property.Good connection to sbb basel .Safe and quite area.All check in check out instructions were given perfectly. Definitely recommendable.

I had an excellent 3-day stay at the HITrental apartment in Basel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to key attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a short stay, including a comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi.The check-in process was smooth, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful, offering great local tips. The peaceful environment allowed for a relaxing stay after busy days exploring the city. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Basel, whether for a short or extended stay!

Cannot fault this accommodation at all!Clean, Spacious, Has everything you would need plus a supermarket (COOP) around the corner if you do need something!Very close to public transport!Will definitely book again!!!

I had a wonderful stay at the HITrental Apartments Basel. The apartment was modern, clean and very well equipped. The apartment was supposed to be available from 3pm, but we had to wait. Furthermore, the IT service does not work properly. Even days later it was not possible to pay the tourist tax, although the credit card with which the apartment had already been paid was registered.

For us (family vacation) the location of the apartment was ideal. Quiet, bright, big enough, everything is there. Dishes, iron, towels... Check in and check out went smoothly. Washing machines work. Next door there is a playground, not far from the river meadow and the zoo. Shopping opportunity. Very good transport connections.

Very modern, clean and spacious apartment, great for our transit to Corsica. We slept wonderfully!Large supermarket is in the basement/shopping center.PLEASE NOTE: Parking is NOT allowed in the street in front of the hotel, nor after 7 p.m. We found it very unclear (there is no line, therefore it is not allowed). Unfortunately, we received a fine of CHF 40 (just like all the other cars there).

Really enjoyed our stay. You feel part of the neighbourhood and the apartment is excellent and well appointed. There a massive supermarket at the building plus a fantastic place for drinks or dinner which we strongly recommend! Matt and Elly Brewery & Kitchen, thank you for a great meal and ambience in a rainy evening!

Our experience in the apartment was wonderful. They were equipped with all kinds of comforts and services, especially in the kitchen where we had all kinds of cutlery and accessories. They also left us adapters for the plugs and coffee capsules (a great detail). The apartment is spacious and sleeps 5 people perfectly. The urbanization is very modern and no noise could be heard. The location is perfect since by giving you the Basel Card you have all free transportation for all guests and there is a bus stop a few meters from the building that drops you off at the central station from where you can move to the city center or any other part. The staff is very friendly and answered all our questions at all times. Without a doubt, we recommend it and we would repeat it a thousand times!

Very clean apartment with a perfect layout.A supermarket with delicious rolls for breakfast is a 2-minute walk away.Public transport very close, about 6 minutes on foot.Check-in was very easy.Only the light-tight curtains were much too small, someone probably misjudged the dimensions, unfortunately a lot of light comes through in the morning. It would be nice if something could be improved.Overall, we really liked it and would love to come back!

A couple with 4 children. The apartment is beautiful, bright and spacious. Everything was very clean. Whenever we need something they assist us very quickly, very friendly and very correct. When we return to Bassel we will book with you. Many thanks for everything.

Hotel-like conditions, but better. You have everything you could wish for in the apartments, they are nicely furnished and very spacious.If you come by car, you can park in front of the complex only during the night (19:00-8:00) and on Sundays. The rest of the options don't permit cars taller than 1.8-2.1 m and tend to be really expensive, including at the supermarket in the same complex.The showers are not in their best state though and the water temperature fluctuates heavily.

I really like these apartments - modern, clean and very functional. If you work in Grossbasel, the location is not ideal, but there are good public transport options. I also like the vicinity to Lange Erlen park.
