2022: Everything is great!! Booked a canoe tour on the Elbe. Top instruction and service, friendly staff. Any time. Thank you.2024: We planned and carried out a company outing here with a paddling tour on the Elbe and a barbecue afterwards in the holiday village. As always, everything was perfectly organized. The grilled meat, grilled cheese and salads were delicious. Many thanks again to Manfred Bühnemann and his team. We'll be back!!!! Greetings from the Elbe Caravan team from Griebo.

The holiday village is located right on the water, the bungalows are clean and well equipped for a holiday village. We can only recommend it and we will book here again.

We were there for a school trip and all in all we had a good experience. In a bungalow there are 4 or 5 beds, a small kitchen, a seating area and a bathroom. Everything is so medium well equipped. Beds are great, the TV now looks more like a laptop screen and in our case the bathroom door couldn't be locked. But I think the door will be sorted out as quickly as possible (we had bungalow 14) and in the end the whole facility is designed more for people to go out and have fun and they really achieved that. Several table tennis tables and table football, a volleyball court and right next door a lake and a climbing rope course. Large open spaces and, if you are there with the class, a solid supporting program. The food, if ordered, is relatively good, and the breakfast is even very good. Some of the reviews also mention a man who is supposedly not that nice. I can't say that. I think that the space and the facility are important to him and that he therefore sets up rules that are sometimes a little stricter but are absolutely understandable for 40 young people. Nevertheless, you should reconsider some decisions and sometimes let the young people make them, although it is very difficult to find a balance between something might break and letting the young people do it. But in the end he's a nice person who takes good care of his place.Conclusion: The furnishings of the bungalows are rather average but the outdoor and leisure activities are great. It's just outside of Coswig and you have to walk about half an hour to the Elbe, but there is a lake right next to the complex.Solid 4/5 stars.

It was really nice, although it felt like winter had set in, the room and location were great. Even the walk to breakfast becomes an experience if you get lost....that's what I call forest bathing(;-) maybe you can still work on the quality of the coffee, otherwise everything is great. THANK YOU

As part of our family celebration, we decided to spend a weekend in the holiday village. The area is very well maintained. You can see that a lot of emphasis is placed on cleanliness here. This also applies to the bungalows. A small drawback was the creaking beds in our bungalow.The organization of our paddling adventure was excellent; Just get in and off you go. Personally, I also noticed the well-maintained boats here. Really great. One can only say about the evening grill buffet: everything was great. There was nothing to complain about. Everything tasted great and there was enough quantity. So we were able to spend a cozy evening with the family. The same applies to the breakfast buffet. Thanks to the many sporting opportunities, even the teenagers in the family never got bored.All in all we felt completely comfortable. A big thank you to the entire team, because it always takes a lot of helping hands to keep everything running. A special thank you goes to Manni, who sent me back my forgotten items of clothing promptly and without much fuss.We'd love to come back.

Certainly unusual for a summer holiday home to accommodate sled dog athletes. The booking was a bit unusual as we wanted to travel with a caravan or motorhome and some of our dogs. A place was easy to find. Putting together the program was quick. There was all-round care. Excellent organization from arrival on Friday, provision of electricity connection, water supply for the dogs and care for the mushers. The paddling tour from Wittenberg to Coswig with bus transfer was all coordinated. And the highlight, the preparation of the grill buffet. It was all there. Really everything. There was even a barbecue apron. The quality of the food was very good. Many thanks to Chef Manni and the entire team. We felt very comfortable and would like to do it again.

MEGA paddling tour!!!At very short notice we decided to try paddling on the Elbe. A call ☎️ and a little later the call back we can come.So we started the alarm at the accommodation and off we went to the meeting point.Everything was PERFECTLY ORGANIZED.We were driven to the starting point in Elster by a bus that the paddling tour operator bought especially for its customers. (service +)There the obligatory safety briefing was given and the boats were distributed. There were 2 and 3 person kayaks. Of course there were also life jackets and waterproof bags.Then it started. 12 kilometers of river downstream from the Elbe were waiting for us.The Elbe is currently experiencing low water and there is no commercial shipping. There were no pleasure boats either.This meant that we were virtually alone on the river. The peace and beauty was fantastic. We took several breaks along the banks of the Elbe and really enjoyed nature.After 2.5 hours we were back in Wittenberg where the car was parked nearby.The price is €25 per person. P. (we were all no longer children) absolutely INEXPENSIVE!Many thanks to the whole team and thank you for the nice chat with Rene about old times in Griebo 😉.

Today we went on a paddling tour from Elster to Wittenberg. Everything was super organized. Booking beforehand was also uncomplicated. Nice staff, good instruction. There's really nothing to complain about. Also recommended for larger groups (family celebrations, company parties, club outings, etc.). It was fun! Always happy!
