Functional with absolutely fair price-performance. Owner-managed with a very cheap but still good breakfast. The associated inn has a unique paprika schnitzel that I can recommend to everyone. The owner is friendly and you can chat.

I spent one night on a business trip here.An owner -managed hotel with an attached inn or vice versa.I find it very personable because I have encountered a lot of personality.The parking lot is small, but I got the last available spot for my van.The reception was not staffed. There was a list of guests and room numbers next to a basket with keys on the counter.I found this to be a little strange but somehow more personal, like a self-check-in with code entry.The room is rather unspectacular. Clean, modern design, enough space, enough sockets, small TV and actual clothes hangers.There is attention to detail in the courtyard. Here you will encounter various contemporary testimonies. A really impressive olive tree and draped relics everywhere.The dining room is also rather small. I was lucky and was able to sit at the last available table. The cuisine is home-style. Especially meatloaf and schnitzel in various variations with bread or fried potatoes.Great price/tasty ratio! Feels rather too cheap. Filled up deliciously with 0.5 liters of beer and a schnapps afterwards for under 20 euros. The restaurant is open from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.!Gladly again!

Small room in the annex building. Good for one overnight stay but too small for longer stays.Only one chair in a double room. We hate that. The restaurant is a mockery. No drinks available before 5 p.m. The choice consists of schnitzel plus a slice of bread. No potatoes, no vegetables and no coffee afterwards.We won't be coming back here again.

Very quiet family-run hotel with a rustic inn, with homemade Äppelwoi.Breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful.Very friendly and nice staff, the hotel is very clean.The inner courtyard is very cozy and lovingly designed and invites you to linger. We would like to come again!

Check-in is easy. The parking lot directly at the hotel is very small, but there is a large parking lot 100 meters from the hotel. The room was completely new and had everything you needed. Breakfast completely sufficient. I didn't try the dinner, but I can say that the atmosphere looked very cozy.

And again you will be surprised by the atmosphere, the attention to detail and the special charm of the people. When siblings work together for years, the family tradition is alive and modernity has set in, something special is created. For all handball and sports fans - you have to go here! There is handball history in the original. Wallau Massenheim was born here and the trophy is shining in the cupboard! But between us, the two bosses are great, the olive tree is 100 years old and “de Äppelwoi” as it should be! Go there, be amazed and enjoy!

Excellent hotel with neat rooms near Frankfurt airport (approx. 15 minutes' drive).Breakfast is good and the price matches what is offered.Used this hotel for both outbound and return flights.You can check in until very late because the key is ready.

Good location if you are passing through. (Switzerland) Breakfast for €3 I would say is a hit nationwide. The wine bar in front also offers a good selection of dinners. We will be back!

Booked the hotel for 1 night and it was good for that. The room has decent facilities, the bathroom is a bit old. Shower with mold stains in the silicone joints, age-related I think. Cleanliness unfortunately only 3 stars. The staff, however, deserves 5 stars 🌟. Friendly, attentive and the breakfast lady was super nice. She took great care of it. My conclusion is 3 stars plus, but because of the staff I would like to give it 4 stars.

Booked last minute because it is located on the A3 route, near Frankfurt airport. We had booked incorrectly, but the owner was very friendly and helped us with a new (upgrade!) room at 11:00 PM. Slept well and then had breakfast for 3rd person. Very nice people, great hotel for your transit!

Our choice to stay here for a one night stay was based on proximity to the friends we were visiting. When we arrived we were very favourably impressed by the room quality and cleanliness. Good choice at breakfast, which was in typical guest house style. Especially liked the yummy fresh brown rolls!
