Perfect house for large groups. All rooms are equipped with good beds and there are sufficient (ensuite) bathrooms. The bar, jacuzzi and sauna complete it! We are already looking to book again next year!!!

Very nice holiday home with a beautiful view and a pool and sauna to relax in. The holiday home also has a cinema, a good bar, a pool table and a dartboard. Shopping options are also nearby and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. I can only recommend it

Hi, we had our family reunion in the Westerwaldvilla and found it very nice there. Whirlpool, sauna, cinema, bar with beer tap, billiards, darts, etc. really make the house a small luxury villa.3 small points of criticism:1. We were there with 21 people (max. occupancy) and can say that the grill is a bit undersized for this number of people. It takes a while until everyone is full.2. There is no hand soap in the many bathrooms. You have to bring your own.3. Single-ply toilet paper. In our opinion, you shouldn't save on toilet paper at this price.Otherwise there's really nothing to complain about. The above are all small things too. The house is absolutely fine and recommended. We were very satisfied (5 stars!).

Oh man, that might have been nice. A great villa, great organization in advance. The property managers and the owner were extremely friendly and accommodating. We had consistently bad weather, only rain. But luckily the house is well equipped (whirlpool, sauna, billiards, darts, etc.), so we were still able to enjoy our vacation. Thank you for the experience. We'll be back

Great opportunity to experience a few great days with your team or group. There are good ways to spend your time in the house and the support from the on-site staff is great. You are right on the edge of the forest and have nature around you.

We felt completely comfortable in a family of 13 people and didn't miss anything (maybe better WiFi... these days it doesn't come with high extra costs!)... otherwise the days were filled with excursions and the evenings with billiards, darts, table tennis, freshly tapped beer and so on enough space for games together. Beautiful. House absolutely recommended! A special thank you to Sylvia, the manager.

We were here with a large group at the end of June. The house is great. The kitchen and dining area are nicely furnished. The living room is spacious with nice sofas and chairs (armchairs)We were lucky with the weather so we could make good use of the terrace and the BBQ. The bedrooms were clean with nice beds. The beer tap and cinema completed the stay.

We were a group of 16 people in the Westerwaldvilla in January 2023 and we felt totally comfortable here. We have never had such a well-equipped group house with numerous leisure activities in the house itself. Bar, cinema, fireplace room, sauna and hot whirlpool - simply great, and almost every bedroom has its own bathroom. And the kitchen is really well equipped for larger groups (2 dishwashers). Of course there is always something to improve, but this is complaining at a high level. - we'd love to come back.

The “luxury holiday villa” is unfortunately not very luxurious.The dining and living area are fine, lots of space, comfortable sofa corner, long dining table.The rest of the house is rather listless and poorly furnished and not completely finished.The sauna does not have an adjacent shower but you have to go through the whole house or around the house.The whirlpool has already seen its best days and is located in an old garage that is lined with rough, glued wood panels.Black mold is forming in individual showers...

We had a very nice stay.The host is always available via email and it was very easy to book. The on-site service from the manager is very good; she was always there immediately if there were any problems.The house is fantastically large, the rooms are beautifully furnished, the bar is great.The highlight was the cinema with Wii and films as well as the bar with a tap. We felt very comfortable and it is ideal for larger groups, you can have a lot of fun!The price-performance ratio is great (if you book directly on the website).The area is a bit gray, but that was more due to the time of year. There are certainly very nice hiking trails and things to explore (e.g. Marienstadt Abbey - very beautiful!).There are really only a few little things to complain about:- The sauna and whirlpool are a bit small for the possible number of people (max. occupancy 21 people - whirlpool comfortable for about 4 people, sauna for 2 people) - But you just have to take turns. The location of the whirlpool is also a bit uncomfortable, for example you could decorate the walls with bamboo etc. then it would be more inviting. However, the location is due to the insulation, so being under roof does not cause any noise to the neighbors and you can also be outside at night, which is very practical. We were able to enjoy the pool until late into the night.- There was no way to use the sound system / not Bluetooth/USB compatible - therefore only old, scratched CDs. It would be better to have a sound system with USB or Bluetooth connection so that you can use music from your cell phone.- Some of the rooms lack sockets for charging cell phones etc. - A solution with multiple plugs would be good.Overall really recommended!!!
