We couldn't drive into the parking space because the barrier didn't open despite booking twice. Nobody is responsible for it and to date the 2x €28 have not been refunded.Toilets and showers unfinished and dirty.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, you've come to the right place! The parking space can be booked in 3 sizes. The smallest, 6.90 m, was completely sufficient for us. €29 per night but everything is included here. Electricity, shower, toilet disposal, good WiFi and tourist tax. We had no problems with the online booking. The sanitary building was cleaned daily. The cleaning could be better. Please point this out to the two young ladies. Otherwise the place is a bit desolate. The adjacent harbor village can be reached quickly. The mini market, snack bar and bike rental are great. We spent 2 nights here. I think uniform prices max. 25 euros, better signage and easier check-in on site e.g. B. The terminal would attract more customers! A little more attention to detail, plant more green. Maybe a small boat planted. E.g. completion of the terrace behind the sanitary building. The washing up basins are too big and too deep. The water temperature could be a little hotter. Note on the information board that bread rolls are available early in the mini market. The place still has a lot of potential.

If you book online, getting in may not be a problem. If you decide to book on site, it will be very problematic. 2 employees, none responsible or able to complete the booking. The bottom line is very positive that after a long wait it didn't work out, the person responsible didn't come. No wonder that in the middle of the high season there were only 2 vehicles on the site, which were in the middle of an industrial area, concrete floor with no shade, comparable to a discount store parking lot.

Relatively high price - over €20, but everything is included, electricity, waste disposal, showers etc and a really good WiFi. I've gotten less for the same money elsewhere

This is actually a very well-equipped place with supply and disposal and a relatively new sanitary building. However, the immediate surroundings of the square look more like an industrial area with rotten halls. But a little further on you can see the beauty of the Müritz. Pip for the operators. A sign with the domain address for registration would be helpful😉

After initial difficulties getting onto the pitch was very nice. The price for the place is reasonable as electricity, shower and disposal are all included. The only point of criticism is that the information board should say that you have to check in online. This saves you the hassle of waiting in front of the gate and looking for the port office. It is absolutely positive to note that the WiFi is shown on the information board. It would therefore be important to add the link to register right next to it.

Not a nice place, totally burnt meadow. Located between streets and an industrial area.No contact person nearby.Some of the electricity pillars are very far away.Positive: The sanitary facilities were very clean.Addendum:Regarding the statement:"On the short side behind a planted wall is the access road for the Kuhnle shipyard and the empty former Bundeswehr depot. Here too there is only local traffic."A quick note, there are always trucks parked on the street all day, even at night, for the factory behind the street. The annoying beeping when reversing prevents you from oversleeping.The power station for my place was at least 30 meters away, which wasn't apparent when I booked online.

In the middle of a commercial area, absolutely unattractive location, far too high a price (2P+womo in the NS: 20 euros) for this place. We drove straight on to Boek (29 euros) and booked the 20 euros under the teaching fee.

The place is on the edge of a shipyard. We were there at the beginning of the season, only 1 toilet/bathroom was opened for 8 mobile homes until I complained. It wasn't easy to get the guest cards that were available for the tourist tax either. At least €2.00 per day and person, for example. You are entitled to travel by bus through the national park free of charge and some other benefits. The booking can only be made online with advance payment. You have to look for a contact person at the port. The toilet/bathroom was not cleaned until the complaint was made. The town itself is small and cute, to shop you have to go 5km to Rechlin, there is only a small kiosk-like shop in town, but you can get fresh bread rolls here. We will not book this place again.

Can't complain about this place, it was very clean and tidy pitches. A better suggestion is to put something in the bathroom or toilet that is missing for hanging and a dry wall folding chair for towels and toiletry bags. In case of wind and rain, you could set up a windbreak corner in the kitchen area. We'd love to come back🤗

Clean parking space and clean sanitary facilities. Very good food at Captains INN. A bit busy but very quiet.
