Perfect, cheap parking in the attached parking garage, hotel clean and modern. Shuttle bus runs to Frankfurt Airport every hour. It's worth it compared to parking at the fraport parking lot.

Hotel looks very modern (automated checkin, new equipment) but looks like it's not well managed/cared. Room is not very clean, quality of painting poor. The bed was very good and general concept is ok. Just looks like cost saving to be price effective

The rooms are modern and comfortably furnished. However, the cleanliness could be optimized as we noticed, among other things, lint and holes in the bed sheets. Check-in was a bit bumpy, but still friendly.Overall, it is an attractive hotel with a lot of potential, provided the small deficiencies are corrected. I can recommend it, especially for guests who value the proximity to the airport.

I booked a single room for my daughter as a surprise and she was very happy. She called me via WhatsApp video, showed it to me and I was really excited too.Payment in advance would only have been possible via a credit card. Since I don't have one, I called and the gentleman on the other end was very friendly and in the end it wasn't a problem at all to pay for the room on site with an EC card. Perfect !In short, highly recommended and we will book with Hey Lou again if the opportunity arises!Thanks again to the team.

Hotel was not really close to the Airport it takes 35 Euro to airport with taxi service. Rooms were ok but there were no service or open restaurants close by.

Clean room, very basic service. Party people arriving after midnight next room, very noise, did not get a good sleep at all. No easy way to contact front desk. Breakfast ok , but overpriced. Will not stay again.

Attention: Self-check-in, i.e. you check yourself in on the tablet and code your room card. There are several places/tablets available and you can also get help if needed. Unfortunately the room was a bit worn out and the staff reserved it. In my opinion, breakfast is not worth the €20. I used the shuttle service and it worked. (Shuttle service times can be found on the website)
