Hello, we stayed here as part of our assembly work and I have to say we have rarely had such a good stay. The rooms have hotel character, are functionally furnished and quiet. It is very possible to provide your own food in the kitchens. Very happy again!!!

Stayed there for 2 nights on business.I've traveled around the world a lot, but I've never experienced anything like this anywhere in the world. Well, once in London it was even worse, with huge cockroaches.If you're looking for Stasi nostalgia, you've come to the right place. The worst of all is the “caretaker”. I've never met such a disgusting person. He walks around all day!!!(with stained underpants)! And in the 2 days also with a naked upper body. Absolutely unfriendly, controlling at every turn. You didn't dare go into the communal kitchen! Because he was constantly following you and checking everything you did! When I asked him what that was about, he just grinned, didn't say a word and smelled very strongly of alcohol.The room is stained, dirty and in a dilapidated condition! WiFi kept crashing! Bed uncomfortable, mattress and bed linen with burn holes. Absolutely noisy! Shower and toilet absolutely dirty.I know that you can't expect much for 30 euros. But at least a clean room!!I hope the owners make improvements. Due to company reasons, I actually had to stay there for another 10 days! Luckily my company found a hotel over on the other side of the river in Poland that was very, very good, for almost the same price. You won’t get new customers that way! Really sad! And I'm really not picky!!

Super friendly staff and the caretaker had great tips on where to go. The other residents were very helpful. We found it very quiet and as a young family perfect for exploring Frankfurt 🧭 clear recommendation!

Good and inexpensive guesthouse with shared kitchen, or holiday apartments. Friendly and functionally furnished.Very friendly and accommodating management.“Morbid charm” steeped in history outside the windows. Very nice footpath and cycle path along the Oder to the old town (1.3 km, currently with a construction site that needs to be avoided), good connection with tram line 4. Recommended.

We were there with the whole family for almost 2 months 4 years ago and I have to say that we were very satisfied, some of the furnishings were a bit outdated but for the price the service is absolutely great

Location is ok. There is hardly any service as there is hardly any responsible staff there. Room unfortunately not really clean, pillows too soft, bed linen wasn't really clean and blanket too thin for this time of year. Floor extremely dirty. Unfortunately Rolo is also broken and no response was received as promised. 30 euros is simply too expensive for that. Caretaker runs around in his underpants, something like that is unacceptable. Room 22 is not habitable. Will not be paid this time due to these defects. The operator urgently needs to do something to make the guests feel comfortable.

Unfortunately nothing has changed, I have the feeling that it has gotten worse. Rooms and furnishings, as well as the common area, are so unclean that you feel disgusted. An abusive and absolutely aggressive, caretaker; I have never been so insulted in my life as I was there. This will have consequences. I feel most sorry for the cleaning lady, who is completely overwhelmed. I've never experienced a janitor who wanders through the hallways in his underpants and T-SHIRT and spies on every action. It's really scary, you think you're in the wrong movie. The environment can be highlighted as the only positive thing. Unfortunately that was it.Otherwise it is more reminiscent of a juvenile detention center.I can imagine the positive reviews here, just bought it.It's crazy that something like this exists. Leaky windows and moldy facades are things that you can probably still live with. But not with the previous descriptions. Absolutely noisy. When someone snores, you think they are in the same room. It's a shame that there is never anyone available as a contact person. I can only recommend that everyone change the Oder side in order to find a much better place to stay for the same amount of money.

Pension City Frankfurt. It gave me more of the impression of a hostel. The premises were clean, but the furnishings have seen better days.The quiet location on the "outskirts" is somewhat ruined by the lack of noise in the rooms/building.Price is ok. All in all, acceptable.
