Hello,The rating refers exclusively to the holiday apartments also offered at the southern end of Lake Petersdorf. No statements can be made about the holiday home.The holiday apartment is by far the worst holiday apartment I have ever seen. It's not just that the apartment is subjectively ugly and worn out, but objectively the entire apartment was put together by the most untalented and worst DIYers.The points of criticism as a list:- almost all materials, furnishings and appliances used in the apartment are of inferior quality- Some of the kitchen furniture is broken and ready for bulky waste- the dishwasher is broken- All of the furniture consists of selected, discarded individual parts from the 1990s rather than planned furniture for professional use- The sink is not installed properly and is far too far into the corner of the room- the cover of the kitchen chairs is worn out- a cupboard door in the kitchen hangs massively at an angle- The floor throughout the apartment is uneven and not horizontal- the wallpaper is wavy, painting work was not carried out professionally- the apartment door has... There is an approx. 5 cm high gap in the sloping floor through which cold air constantly flows- the stairwell is very worn and untidy, there is a lot of junk in the stairwell- the entrance to the house consists only of thin wooden doors and a hodgepodge of dirty doormats lying around- the sauna is broken- the window handles close poorly- a stove doesn't work properly, it keeps turning off- the couch was first set up correctly by us- various light bulbs/lamps in the lamps are broken- The floor plan of the apartment is very difficult to use, walls have to be moved, the bathroom is too big, and the bedrooms are difficult to use....Positive aspects are the very nice and uncomplicated contact with the landlord and the very good parking facilities directly in front of the house.I absolutely cannot recommend the apartment.Best regards

A beautiful holiday apartment right on Lake Petersdorf, in the middle of nature!About the accommodation: 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, another sleeping option in the spacious living room with an open fireplace and if you need it, you will also find a television and music system here. Spacious kitchen, even with a dishwasher! A large dining table right next to the beautiful panoramic window with a view of the lake.Cozy inner courtyard, barbecue and fire pit behind the “Remise”. For the cold days there is even a sauna and a solarium in the house.What was very advantageous for us is that the landlords are child and dog friendly.Additional offer: Boat tour with the landlord on the Scharmützelsee or lend a hand yourself and rent a rowing boat.There really is enough to experience here for young and old... it's worth it;especially with the cheap rental price!
