So they still exist… the hotels where everything is just right! The HofHotel Krähenberg is such a place! Beautifully located in the “hinterland” of Grömitz, you can switch off very quickly and easily and just have a good time! The great location, the attentive and courteous hotel staff and the spacious rooms and a rich breakfast buffet with regional delicacies are particularly worth mentioning! It was a very nice stay and the hotel is absolutely recommended!!!

A really nice hotelReally great facility with everything you need as a family for a short vacation in Grömitz. Clean, well maintained and lovingly laid out 🏖️The children can move around freely, a great garden with a playground and all kinds of vehicles invite you to run aroundThere are small seats everywhere to linger and keep an eye on the kidsA small rabbit hutch where the children can pet the rabbits 🐰 and a lot of well-groomed cats 🐈 to cuddle with were the highlightThe swimming pool and the small wellness area were greatEven though the hotel was fully booked, it was never overcrowdedEverything was very clean and the children were also taken into consideration hereWater toys and pool noodles are plentifulThe restaurant team was unbeatable 😃 super friendly and in a good mood ☀️ you could start your day relaxed here. Breakfast very extensive and varied, everything fresh, lots of regional ingredients. The dinner was also very tastyOnly the room we booked was very small.Nevertheless, we had a very nice stay on the farm 😃

We stayed for a weekend in a room for 3 people and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, the Spa area is beautiful, the rooms are well equipped with a kitchenette and it is completely calm at night. Other highlights were the vast breakfast buffet and the massage that we booked on top. The hotel is surrounded by fields and yet just a 4 min drive to the beach. I highly recommend for a wellness weekend away from the city and to explore Grömitz, Kellenhusen and Dahme.

Unfortunately, we were denied the opportunity to do an on-site evaluation due to a double booking. Despite confirmation from the employee responsible for the bookings that the error was the hotel's fault, the hotel only offered an upgrade with more than 50% additional costs. Unfortunately, the suggestion to at least share the additional costs was rejected by the management. Customer appreciation and a healthy culture of error do not seem to be particularly strong at Krähenhof.

As always, it was very nice, 4 days of total relaxation. The hotel is very nice with a great ambience, great service. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The dinner is very tasty and is appetizingly prepared in 3 or 4 courses. The rooms are very tastefully designed and have high quality beds. The bathrooms are small but nice. The pool and sauna are very clean and you can really relax there.

Great hotel for a relaxing holiday in Grömitz,Starting with a first-class and rich breakfast buffet, a great wellness area with several different saunas with relaxation areas and a beautiful pool and the whole thing is rounded off with a great 3-course dinner, which you should definitely book in addition. The location of the Hof Hotel is fantastic. Bicycles can be rented and a tennis court is also available.Friendly staff in all areas, very accommodating and everyone is totally focused on ensuring that the guests can relax and feel comfortable. We had a perfect relaxing holiday thanks to our choice of hotel.By the way, 5 minutes by car to the beach parking lot, 5 minutes walk and you're on the beach or beach promenade.

We had a 4 course candle light dinner and were not guests of the hotel. The food was relatively simple and tasted neutral to bad. The starter had hardly any taste and the dish served had a strange consistency. The main course was a wolffish, which also had a strange consistency and was designed for a very specific taste. Only the dessert with banana, ice cream and chocolate cake were very tasty. The soup served was also delicious. The employees put a lot of effort into setting up the dishes and tables.

Really great gastronomy, a very nice location - but not a 4* star hotel. We got a room relatively quickly. A “junior suite facing the courtyard” was booked because all other rooms were unfortunately fully booked at the time. When booking a junior suite, as the name suggests, you still expect a high standard and a comfortable room - since it is sometimes the most expensive category that you can book there.Once we got there, we were brought straight back to reality. The room was in the annex directly opposite the air conditioning of the house, which is extremely (!) loud. The terrace in front of the room was therefore absolutely unusable, as the system is turned on at 5:50 a.m. (a great time to wake up on vacation) and runs continuously until around 9 p.m. In addition, the trucks for deliveries stop directly in front of the “Junior Suites on the courtyard side” in the morning. And by that I mean literally right in front of it... The rooms are mostly equipped with IKEA furniture and unfortunately don't provide a feel-good factor at all. If these rooms were the cheapest in the hotel or were offered as a basic/standard double room - ok, then that might be explainable somewhere. But if you're looking for relaxation and have a certain idea about booking a junior suite, you should really avoid these rooms. What is really worth highlighting is the hotel's gastronomy, both the breakfast and the 3-course menu in the evening were excellent! A big compliment to the kitchen, we were really impressed. The service always had a smile on their faces and was always friendly, you really felt very comfortable. We also really liked the bike rental and the rest of the hotel grounds. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool because it was mostly occupied by children playing. Maybe a quiet zone (in the evening?) only for adults would make sense.Overall, it was still a nice vacation. But unfortunately the price/performance ratio for this room category wasn't right for us.
