We have been to Heinsberg many times. But this time with our young dog. I am completely thrilled with Cloud7. From the beginning, communication (inquiries by email) was very friendly and consistently competent.Cloud7 is very close to the motorway access and is very easy to reach even for those inexperienced with Heinsberg.The apartment is beautifully furnished and absolutely clean. There are also some parking spaces near the house and a private garage next to the room.The best thing, of course, is that the room is dog-friendly.I have already seen many hotels in the Heinsberg area and have now found the one that I will definitely book very often.

We accommodated friends from Berlin there and they were very satisfied. Everything is clean, there is even a garage. Checking in and out is totally uncomplicated. We will book there again if necessary. Keep it up

Noisy on the main street, no air conditioning. 1 week and neither the towels are changed nor toilet paper supplied. Unfortunately, the reserved room was already taken, briefly in the attic unoccupied! Never again

Very nice reception at check-in, the rooms are modern and chic. Pots microwave kettle in the fridge 3 bottles of water small welcome gift Haribo on the bed. Unfortunately, the toilet is a bit small and uncomfortable and you can see clear signs of wear and tear on the wall. Unfortunately I miss hand disinfection (corana) in the room but otherwise great.

Check-in and check-out are easily possible without contact.Very clean and modernly furnished apartments that leave nothing to be desired. Everything you need is on site. Towels, bed linen, kitchen equipment and necessary bathroom items such as shampoo/shower gel are provided.We were guests in Oberbruch and would love to come back.

My son (wheelchair user) and I stayed there for 2 nights because my son attended a driving school nearby. There is nothing wrong with the holiday apartment. However against the service.Unfortunately, we forgot our son's Tempur pillow when we left and asked for it to be sent to us. Unfortunately it was only possible to send the pillow after a week. We have just received a call saying that packing and shipping will be charged at 25 euros. On the grounds that they are not a shipping service.Ultimately it was our mistake, but I still don't think it's customer-friendly to charge 25 euros for this service. The plan was actually to recommend this holiday apartment to other people with disabilities. Unfortunately, there is no recommendation for this service.

It was a very clean, comfortable, modern, and well constructed apartment. Everything was top notch. The hostess met me at a time other than the prearranged time at request (very accommodating). This would be a first choice for traveling here again for business or leisure. Everything exceeded my expectations.
