The accommodation was okay. I rented a single room, and they provided a big bed. The room was clean and nice. It was a bit chilly, so I turned on the radiator, but I think there is a limit to the temperature it can reach. They should allow a little more freedom for heating your room.I have to say that the internet speed during the first two days was excellent; I was amazed. However, after that, it dropped significantly, which makes me think there is also a limit there. Nobody disturbed me during my four-day stay, which I appreciated—not even the cleaning lady. They should provide a sign to hang on the door to indicate when you’re away so they can clean or not disturb you.It was quiet all of the time, but I think I was lucky because I got the room that doesn't have neighbors. One day I experienced noise from the people above. It lasted about ten minutes after 23 PM. It woke me up.There were also not enough parking spaces.Overall, my main issues were with heating and parking. However, I would come again; it wasn’t that bad.

If I could I wouldn't give it any stars but unfortunately I have to otherwise I can't write a review.I booked the room from September 26th to September 29th. for my son.We checked in on the 26th but there were already problems with the code so we had to call to even get into the room.In the evening my son was picked up by the emergency services for reasons so far so good. Room was paid for until September 29thOn Saturday I went there to check that everything was going. My son was released from the hospital on Saturday but wasn't there yet.In any case, I didn't come into the room because the code didn't work again. Then I called again. I got a new code. I then went into the room and what do I see, strange things, not my son's, so I called again and was then given a call from him Lady of the house informed that she had simply rented the room to other guests.I told her that it wasn't normal. The room is paid for until the 29th and how can she do that? She said she could because he was in the hospital and she thought he wouldn't come back.I told her that it doesn't matter. It's paid whether he sleeps there or not and when he gets there at night he stands on the street because the room is simply passed on.I'm still at a loss for words, especially since it's so remote and he wouldn't have had a chance to get away.An absolute disgrace

We stayed at Haus Andrea for one night and were very satisfied. The room was super cute and everything was clean. There was coffee and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in went smoothly. There are a few parking spaces in front of the house, but if you arrive late you will have difficulty finding a space when the parking spaces are full. Otherwise everything was great and the price-performance ratio is great!

Not recommended in terms of service! We had booked a DOUBLE ROOM in advance (already paid and confirmed in writing).Because we had planned to go to a concert. When we got there, we were shocked and annoyed to realize that it was only a very small single room.We then called the service number, where, after discussing it with the lady who initially wanted to brush us off, we were able to arrange a mattress that the room service staff would put in for us.After the concert we were annoyed to discover that this mattress had not been put in the room.We were then told via email that we were trying to be reached by phone to be informed that the mattress didn't fit there (there was no missed call for me in the call list!).Now we had to disassemble the box spring bed alone at 1 a.m. so that we could lie on two parts of the bed. We had no real place to sleep, neither a mattress nor a pillow/blanket. (Neither of us).We survived the night, but we were extremely annoyed and in a bad mood!Of course, we contacted you via email to receive compensation. We were then promised 100% compensation quite quickly. But after 2 weeks we still haven't received it. And our email is no longer replied to.Just sad and not right. We'll wait a little longer, but otherwise we'll have to think about other steps, because we're entitled to compensation from them after this debacle. So if you're looking for reliable accommodation, it's definitely not this one!

An absolute absurdity! A paid room was canceled 1 day before arrival on the grounds that the reservation system had a problem. If you read the other reviews, it seems like this wasn't our first time! It is stated that the money will be transferred back. To be honest, I've been booking a variety of hotels for many years, but I've never come across anything like this!!!!It's a shame that you have to give 1 star!

Bad reports, oh dear, what will that be? Beautiful rooms with balconies and a lawn with a grill that needs to be used. There is also a large kitchen. All I can say is thumbs up!

I don't have to have it again. Very noisy, you can hear every word from the neighbor, his use of the toilet and every door that closes and bare floors everywhere. The shared kitchen is ok, but the rest...well, whoever feels comfortable there...

Unfortunately I have to give this one star.It was an absolute cheek to cancel the room that had been booked for several weeks just before checking into the guesthouse.Who will pay for the journey?
