We have been coming for years and look forward to every day here. Even during Covid-19 times, the Hofmann family is doing everything possible to make a stay on a FARM possible. If you want to see something here, you should go to the hotel or stay at home. This is a guesthouse on a farm. There are animals everywhere here. Country life is different than in the city. You have to accept restrictions regarding the Internet here and not judge them negatively. Anyone vacationing here should know this. The Hofmann family tries to please every guest. Suggestions or requests will also be fulfilled if possible.We've always had a great time here so far and will continue to do so.Thank you for all the effort and effort.

Unfortunately, we were only partially satisfied with our stay.Here's the plus point:- good breakfastHere are the minus points:- Bugs in the room- no room cleaning- new towels and bed linen at an additional cost- no shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer in the room- The announced invoice amount did not match the actual amount- Check-out at 9 a.m- very poor WiFi reception- sometimes very loud in the room (thin walls)

We went on our family vacation at the Homerhof with great anticipation.Arrived at 5:00 p.m. to a locked door (check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.), after ringing the bell several times, no one was there, no one in the adjacent stable either.After a while we moved into the room (2nd floor).Unfortunately, when we arrived there, we found the following errors during the 4-day stay:- Unfortunately, the shower is too small for me at 1.83m high. So you have to bend your knees to hold the shower head over your head.- The fan in the bathroom didn't function any further except for a loud whirring noise (as if the motor were stalling)...- The slatted frame on one side of the bed creaked even when turning in bed...- During the course of the stay several creatures were found in the room.- Personally, I'm used to at least the bed being made every day in an accommodation, the towels being changed if necessary and the vacuum cleaner being used once.-- only on the last evening the beds were made briefly and we were asked to be outside the next day (=departure day) at 9:00 a.m. (check-out according to several websites at 10:00 a.m.). I've probably never been complimented in writing so early before.-- "You're supposed to last four days with the towels. Think about protecting the environment" - that's how the boss responded to the request to exchange the towels and sheets. Of course you charged €5 for the sheets (the quality of the sheets indicated a new price of €2-3)--- It was never cleaned. Since breakfast could be enjoyed in the room (thanks to C.), crumbs naturally collected on the floor... And the fact that I use the vacuum cleaner or broom on vacation... I can stay at home or take an Airbnb.- WLAN in the room: Two RTR network tests gave 2/0.2 Mbits and 4.3/1.9 Mbit/s. So surfing the Internet is virtually impossible. Only on the last day there was just under 28/1.2 Mbit/s in the lounge on the ground floor.- Breakfast was nothing special until there was a moldy nectarine (njom)- Otherwise, things weren't going well with the landlady due to the first problem that arose (new towels) and so I decided not to address the remaining problems and find it more sensible to inform all future guests about what awaits them in this accommodation.P.S.: In another room there were several animals and in another room you could plug either the television or the refrigerator into the socket. (Of course they didn't ask for a distributor... but you would expect the rental company to have this kind of foresight so that you can see whether the technical devices in the room would all work)P.P.S.: The good thing about the accommodation: There were no mice in the rooms and water didn't drip in on a rainy day. And if you want to be woken up at 8:00 a.m., the room doors are thin enough to hear the loud voice of the landlady...

Very nice vacation😀

It was a wonderful vacation!The apartment was just right for a holiday with a baby, the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, the Hofmann family is very hospitable, kind and helpful, the price is completely okay and the village and the surrounding area are fantastic! A walk through the town and admiring the beautiful houses is a must!
