A charming hotel in a very quiet location. Good breakfast and welcoming hosts. Very comfortable rooms of a good size and one of the best hotel beds I've slept in for a while. You would do as well to speak at least some German or be prepared for the challenges of Google translate as the owners don't speak any English. We didn't see anywhere to eat nearby and the hotel only serves breakfast but we just made sure we had a proper lunch and snacks in the room to have with a beer which the hotel does serve. Plenty of parking at the back so relatively secure and good for motorcycles.

It was good, I would come back if the price wasn't so high for a very simple room. But they were clean. It's a shame that breakfast doesn't start until 8 a.m. As an incentive, 7 a.m. or at least 8:30 a.m. would be better for many guests.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, but the mood suddenly changed when it came to breakfast.My company booked the room because it said it was included. However, it turns out that although it is included in the price, it is shown separately. So far OK.When we asked whether it could be taken off the bill because it was only available from 7 a.m. and we had to start work at 7 a.m. and had to drive 15 minutes, we got the cheeky answer that this wasn't possible and that's how we did it would have ordered and we wouldn't have to discuss it. After 15 minutes of back and forth, the housekeeper runs away and just leaves you standing there.Well, in the end we're standing in the parking lot having a beer after work and suddenly at 10 p.m. the 100-year-old owner of the house suddenly tells us that it's the end of the workday and we should go to bed. It's a pleasant 26 degrees outside in midsummer... That was a little suspicious to me.Why am I as a guest who, by the way, pays €85 for a totally outdated and worn-out room!!! pays for the night, chased away in a cozy atmosphere in the evening? That's very unfriendly to guests.Then you get insulted after the same discussion breaks out with the host about breakfast. I could take him on the A…. lick. So that's probably the height after all. I've never experienced this in any hotel.By the way, the bathroom is also very unclean. It takes effort to get into the shower. Mold in the corners is not very inviting. See pictures!And the bed is completely sagging...Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were there (unfortunately only) for one night, we received a very warm welcome...We were looking for something rustic and found it there 😊.Not only was the breakfast varied, the atmosphere between the guests was also great, many regulars who knew each other.We would like to come back...Before we left we had a long conversation with the owner, who really gives everything for her business 👌.All thumbs up for this hotel and its owners 😀

Very dated, waited along time for a drink at the bar.Whilst having a very basic breakfast the host couldn't even be bothered to bring us coffee. Its cheap 4 a reason but certainly wouldn't bother going back there.

NEVER AGAIN: We booked a room here for a race at the Nürburgring. The room was ancient from the 60s, the bathroom was still in Bahama beige with moldy joints. We didn't really see the dirt in the corners until the next morning in daylight. The unfriendliness of the owner should have put us off when we checked in. When we asked if we could get something to drink (non-alcoholic) in the evening, we said no, the restaurant and bar were closed. So we took mineral water from the drinks we had brought with us and sat on the garden chairs outside. The owner came out and forbade us to consume the drinks we had brought with us?! We also paid €160.00 for this “service”. Dear owner: You always see each other twice in your life!

Quite old fashioned. Small single room. The restaurant turned out to be closed on my arrival date. Everything else was good and clean, and an excellent breakfast. The bicycle could be charged in the garage, but I was not allowed to enter the garage (private). Small village without supermarket.
