Location great...house in need of repair, shabby and only usable for wheelchairs to a limited extentLiked: Lonely location outside of town. Surrounded by fields and paddocks. Big and spacious house.Disliked: Condition of the house badly in need of repair, rotten decking with screws sticking out - not possible! Ant infestation around and in the house (children cannot therefore use the property and the playground at all). Overall unkempt condition of the property. Cleaning of the house is strongly recommended (cobwebs, fluff). Whirlpool jets dirty, a shower enclosure door is missing. When you shower, the water runs along the wall into the sauna.Wheelchair accessible: well...step from the ramp to the terrace, no fall protection on the terrace, 1 handle on the toilet can only be swiveled. The other, permanently installed one is also 20 cm in the door area. Wider wheelchairs cannot be used in the bathroom or would have to be used to unscrew the handle from the wall using an Allen key. Something definitely needs to be changed here, as the bathroom is therefore not suitable for wheelchairs!

Nice welcome, good accommodation. Too bad the WiFi didn't work. Better lighting on the kitchenette seems safer to me.

Beautiful surroundings, beautiful city but lots of empty shop windows. The holiday home is in need of overhaul.

Perhaps the smallest holiday village in Germany. Apart from the 2 model houses there is: NOTHING! That's exactly what makes the complex so attractive for me: peace, seclusion, vacation. The blue house is now a bit old, but is still clean and intact. Sauna, whirlpool, grill, fireplace, everything is there to spend a few relaxing days.

It's older than it looks on first glance. We rented both houses and the kitchens were not as clean as I would have expected. The floor shower in the bigger house is not leak proof, so every time someone showers the floor outside the shower is wet as well. The walls and floors/ceilings seem to be wafer thin, we could hear everything that was going on in the house although we closed the door to our room. The swingset made sounds and moved like it could be falling apart any minute.Nevertheless we had a great time and it was good to be away from the internet, since there is no wifi and (almost) no cell reception (depending on the carrier). Having just a meadow and one house in the vicinity clearly has its perks as well.
